The womanising and not particularly intelligent Taishi and his actress wife, Kurosawa Yui, who got her big break through a drama series, have been married for five years. If you like petty, selfish male leads, an indecisive female lead, frustrating love triangles, head-scratching writing, and dramas that start off fresh and unique only to end in embarrassing disappointment, this may be the drama for you. Both have amazingly talented casts who do a stellar job portraying their characters despite how badly they're written.
Jung Yeol and Na Ra fell in love with each other and got married. During their marriage, they have grown to hate each other due to their personality differences. They decide to get a divorce. A month later, their divorce will be finalized. But, on the day that they applied for a divorce, they get into a car accident. When they wake up at the hospital, they have both lost their memories and do not remember each other.
Both dramas have a strong horror/suspense element throughout with comedy and romance mixed in. The actors play a big role in making you want to keep watching (acting skills++). Lovely Horribly is currently holding together much better than My Secret Hotel (no offense!). The general feeling of eerie with a sprinkle of warmth and humor is similar in both dramas which is the main reason for this recommendation.
...I personally lost interest by the end of My Secret Hotel, but hope Lovely Horribly is different
