I don't know exactly but one show reminded me of another:
Both MLs are not much experienced, they're "inoccents", while the females protagonist act cold and indiferent about they bodies due to some kind of sexual harassment in the past.
The male leads care much even if unconscious for the FL.
While Everythig and Nothing have a sad and mysterious atmosphere, HG'sL is more comedy.
In Ho Goos's Love FL gets pregnant .

Ho Goos Love can be in some aspects related to Stand up. Both are great dramas that start as a comedies but end up being something much more than you have ever expected. From both you will learn that power of love and friendship can heal you from deep emotional scars. Stand Up is however about highschoolers while Ho Goos Love is about people in their 20s.
They both discuss the idea of single moms and marriages connections to the idea of being a good parent. The difference is in Ho Goo's love the baby is already there and was an accident while in Oh My Baby is about the planning for single motherhood. There is also a love triangle theme in both of the dramas.
As major themes: both are funny, heartwarming stories and feature the main characters growing up and becoming more confident adults.
Other similarities include: featuring high school reunions although at different scales; There is definitely an element of who is the daddy/husband mystery in both although for very different reasons; Both have really cute/inventive title cards for each episode and are 16 episodes, so on the shorter side for dramas
