Similar tone, storytelling and exceptional chemistry.
Deep In My Heart is a low-key gem, that I watched by accident.

Both are crime focussed dramas and built in the same way - this meaning you go case by case through the series. Both male leads are quite cold but do have their charisma. However, love me if you dare shows a lot more of the personal lives of our investigators and does have a romantic love line that's more present than the one in the ten deadly sins.

Same feeling for me, story is different but if you like action/crime with a little romance than you will like this one as well.
Bonus is that they have the same FL.

• Both are based on Ding Mo's works.
• Although in LMIYD, Simon's character seems to be more intense than our captain in WASFIL, both are haunted by a past which motivates them to be best at what they do.
• We see many cases being solved in both, ultimately leading to the one main case.

Similar relationship and feeling of drama with mystery aspect. Leads are different personality wise, girls are kinda similar. I watched LMIYD years ago and wanted something similar and this is so close in the feeling I got. Love both couples so much!!

The plot is very similar - the man and woman work together in order to solve murder cases, one is a genius with poor communication skills.

Both involve mystery, romance and detectives. In both dramas the female lead helps the male lead to solve cases.

The male leads are really similar, both handsome but also mysterious and, at first, really odious with the female leads.

- Both possess the genres of romance and comedy (and are clearly showing it).

- Both have a romance where the main male lead is above the main girl (careerwise) --> In Suspicious partner she's his employee and in Love me if you dare she's his secretary/assistant.

LMIYD isn't medical but I think they are similar in the fact that the male leads are very talented in what they do. In Doctor John the male lead is a talented doctor who was wronged in the past. In LMIYD the male lead is a skilled criminal phycologist, he is well known and one of the best in his field. Similarly to in Doctor John, people find him suspicious at first and think he's a bad person, but with the help of the female lead (that they slowly fall in love with), they are accepted and people realise their skill in their field. The female leads also become able to accept their tragic pasts, whilst falling deeply in love with the troubled male lead.

I highly recommend both dramas. They are both very similar, just one is based on medical situations and the other, criminal situations :)
