After Athit graduated from an agricultural college, he decided not to continue studying in order to open a chance for his brothers and sisters to study after they stopped studying and let him study until he graduated. Athit didn't think to work in the government job. He dream to own the land and use his knowledge to make it useful. In the past, Athit's father stole Grandma Daeng's money and ran away from home because he didn't want to work hard in his mother's farm. Since Athit want to do farming, his father decided to send him to stay with Grandma Daeng, so that Athit can redeem his father's guilt. Grandma Daeng welcomed Athit because all her children got married and left home, and no one wanted to carry on the farming work from her. Therefore, Grandma Daeng made a deal with Athit that Grandma would support the money for Athit's siblings' education funds and Athit had to work without salary to repay for this debt and for his father's guilt in the past. Grandma Daeng treated Athit very well after she tested and trusted him. So, she decided to gave Athit her empty land to make it useful. Athit seemed to be Grandma Daeng's favourite grandson now. Darunee was a high-school girl and younger than Athit, but she was adopted to be Grandma Daeng's youngest sister, so her status was Athit's grand aunt. Since the first met, she had prejudice against Athit and thought that he was her enemy because she was jealous of him and feared that he would steal all Grandma Daeng's love from her. Athit also didn't give in to her, so they always quarreled and fought with each other. It made Grandma Daeng distressed. But as the years pass, Athit and Darunee's relationship starts changing. Reviews
As i have mentioned before,i had already seen the Nadech&Yaya version before watching the original one and i quite frankly never thought i would ever be watching the original version. But lately i am so darn obsessed with Andrew`s acting and with me loving this story and to my luck also having eng subs i decided to watch it.Its a story that takes on many factors about life and nature. About doing your duty and contributing to your community, following your dreams, respect and care for the nature and doing good deeds.Grandma Daeng teaches a lot and always gives without taking anything back. She is a lovely admirable character very important to the story since her fate lead it to the way the story lead.Athit loves agriculture and is a hardworking and honest young man...no wonder he steals his grandmother`s heart. He has such a beautiful soul. But he still can`t resist teasing the young Dauranee who tries to make his life miserable at every turn, but while also growing up together and individually over the years their friendship blossoms more deeper and finally becomes the fruit of love the matchmakers around Athit and Dauranee saw coming from afar (with matchmakers i mean the grandmother, aunt Kaew and Klerng). This story is so much filled with humor and charm and showcases very beautiful scenes with the nature. The last two episodes were filled with so much romance that i couldn`t catch my breath and the chemistry between Andrew and Pock sizzled like crazy. How beautiful they looked in their youth and Andrew is one stunning eye candy i can`t take my eyes away from. I won`t ever forget this tale...it made me cry and laugh and smile and swoon and just took my breath away at times, wow!
A Sweet Romance
This version of Torranee Ni Nee Krai Krong was the oldest. The orchard, farming and the love for the nature was well portraited by the main cast. Andrew and Pock had a great chemistry
Auntie Kaew is hilarious. This indeed a slow burn romance. And Never thought this would be a great lakorn.
I really couldn't find any thing to dislike in this lakorn. The way they solved the problems were logical at most. They bicker a lot at first but they end up in love at last. I like how Darunee's character developed from mischievous to a calm, mature person. I first wasn't intended to watch because of the farming male lead as it's not my fav genre, but now I love it. This made my love for watching older lakorns more and more.
THIS IS FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LOVES AGRICULTURE
