Both are about the main character dealing with their strange neighbors who have shady intentions. They're also both thrillers and a bit gruesome. Hard to differentiate what's real and what's not

They give somehow the same vibe.

Both are psychological and have gore.
Also the two gave the idea of what is real and what isn't.
In both of them some characther try to get revenge.

And both have a plot twist
