Liu Hai is reincarnated from an immortal, which is why he has magical powers and innate abilities in the field of medicine. However, he doesn't like to show off as he leads a life as a simple healer. One day, he is accused of a crime he did not commit, turning him into a fugitive on the run. Along the way, he meets fox fairy Hu Xiu Ying and they become travel companions in a quest to find five mythical objects - zither, chest, scroll, painting, and sword.
