Recapping by characther:
-Jin Myung):Season 1 i felt the most affected by Senior Yoon (Jin Myung) and by Season 2 i really felt shes come a long way and grown. Love it when i see her chef bf- wish we had more scenes of them together)
-Ye Eun had the most drama by the end of season 1. Season 2 shows a realistic and sometimes painful road to recovery. It's not easy being a survival and a victim of violence.
- Ji Won - the most animated housemate. We mostly saw her antics in Season1. Finally in Season 2 theres more on her story, And dont get me started on Sung Min. Both of them are adorbs and the chemistry together is really off the charts. (Praying drama Gods let them reunite in a drama again)
- Eun Jae - same character but recasted - in my opinion they should have written out EunJae and let the actress Ji Woo inhabit a new character. Its too confusing to see her as EunJae when you still have Park Hye Soo's face in mind. Further EunJae' story arc here is also the least impressive
- Jo Eun - new gal played by Choi Ah Ra - refreshing character and her backstory and her story arc with Jang Hoon (played by DOTS actor Kim Min Suk) was cute
The writer and pd maintains the mystery n intrigue vibe throughout the drama. Hwa Young also guest role in her sassy character of Kang Yi Na.
Keeping the episode capped at 14 was great. Story, flow and pacing was spot on. It was a lovely ride to check back in with the girls of Belle Époque.
* Fans wanted a Season 3 and i think chances are slim. I'm quite satisfied with how we were left off and hints of what's in the girls' future.

Even though this season wasn't the best, I was still sad to have finished the show.

The first season is better than the second
Sadly, I did not enjoy this season as much as the first.I was so disappointed and shocked that Yi-Nah left. I had no idea that was going to happen and it was really hard for me as she was one of my top two favourite characters!
It took me ages to get used to the fact that Eun-Jae was portrayed by another actress. That threw me right off, and why did she and the other dude stop dating? So disappointing.
I did not like Eun in the beginning. I thought she was rude and it didn't feel like she was ever going to fit in with the rest of the housemates. Thankfully that changed. I liked how she and the landlord became a couple. They were really cute.
I was disappointed that we didn't get to see Jin-Myung and Jae-Wan in it. They were so sweet together and I thought that sweetness would show through more in season two.
Don't get me started on the K-pop group and how they tried to portray that. Ugh, it was such a flop. I personally didn't feel sorry for that dude. He pissed me right off.
I could not believe they spent the majority of the first entire episode just driving around in Yi-nah's car. It was ridiculous how bad she was at driving. Cute car though.
Ji-Won wasn't as boy crazy in this season, however I so wanted her and Sung-Min to get together. Unfortunately, they did not. *cries*
All of the abuse and weird torture in this show doesn't really fit the vibe in my opinion. Yes, it is good to portray certain topics, but at the same time, like the first season, this wasn't what I signed up for.
The whole mystery with Ji-Won's friend was unnerving but I'm glad we finally found out what happened. To begin with, I thought it was Ji-Won's Dad who had abused her friend Hyo-Jin.
There were points where I did get a bit bored and that is why I didn't rate this season as high as the first. By episode 12 I felt like it was dragging. Especially during the episode where they were apple picking. I felt like this was just a filler episode.
I'd probably watch the first season again, but leave it at that.

I binge watched both the seasons because it was just that good. The storyline was amazing with its realistic portrayal of love and friendship. I loved that it was thought provoking. It's a refreshing change from the usual love triangle laden dramas. The change in cast was a bit of a disappointment because Ji Woo just wasn't meant for the role of Eun Jae. I don't know if it was her acting or the way her character was written, but I didn't like watching her scenes. And I did miss Kang Yi Na but was glad that she didn't disappear completely.
Song Ji Won is by far my favourite character and I really loved her with Sung Min. The epilogue of 8 years later was the saddest part for me.
Season two left me with a lot of unanswered questions so I really wish for season 3 to happen. And if it does, Ji Won and Sung Min deserve a happy ending.

Such a beautiful way to end things.
I am such a picky when it comes to season 2's, but age of youth is really put me in so many feelings that I didn't even feel at season1. It was so good to see everybody with their finished story. You see everybody's worries and unfinished stories finishes in beautiful way. I am so happy that we got this beautiful cast with new additions one more time. Story was deeper than the first season and i saw so many comments saying that was unnecessary but for me it was goood. I cried i laughed much more than s1. Im in love with the cast. We see a rookie model/actress who is really good really cute and i hope to see her in another drama. I was in love with EUN and her sweet little love. Ah. Feels. Such a good show and must watch! Was this review helpful to you?
this drama will be the hit
well i have watch both age of youth and age of youth 2so they are pretty good age of youth it shows much motions and it also shows lots of feelings
and i truly gotta say love this drama like freinds are freinds and the best thing about this drama is that the actresss did amazing for thier parts by looking out for each other or if something happens or to check on them
even the actors did do a good job to
they did the same thing i love how they text thier girlfriends to see how they are doing and checking on them
but one part i do adore and love is when the guy is ends up being the house owners landlord and he met this girl who moved in to be their roommate and he fells in love with her but she does not have feelings for him but then when he trys to get to not be shy or say things about herself and here was cute is that he tells her she is beautiful and he stands up for her and then at the end of the episode she had feelings for him <.,<.
i gotta add one more thing i am shocked and amzzed that pentagon and ACE ( A.C.E) was in age of youth 2 and was perfomaning but whats very strange is that A.C.E had not many parts in the drama they were just perfomaning but thats ok they were only speical guests as a group

For me, the drama was very good, so why I gave so poor ratings... Its the ending. The last episode, for me it's one big cliffhanger :( The drama has no ending and I hate stories without ending. So if you also hate them, then I'm warning you. You'll be disapointed. Ah teh review must be, 500 characters in length. So...........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

If you want to watch a drama full of heartache and love, and many more emotions and you want to feel angry and happy and just all around. This is a great drama for you. I absolutely love and and will re=watch it eventually because I think it has a high re-watch value.

Changes Made No Difference to Me
I loved both Seasons of Age of You.The Flow of the Themes tackled were handled with sensitivity and humour which kept me hooked pretty much constantly.Actress Ji Woo taking over from Park Hey Soo made no difference to me in the end.Once I adapted and accepted the change,I thought she played the character with empathy. It is not a regular occurrence that I binge watch a whole season in a short space of time, let alone 2 Seasons in a Week.Every character played their part wonderfully.Side characters also. The themes of different forms of Trauma and how we as different people succumb to the effects and deal with them could not have been expressed more sensitively.I Thank You
