Both drama stars Gong Seung Yeon. "Circle" presents an alien and "Are You Human Too" presents robot. Other similarities include a more serious approach to sci-fi which is very unique to Kdramas and the cloning subject.

8.5 W (2016)
For starters both are amazing dramas in their own way and I LOVED both these dramas!

Similarities:
~ Tons of plot twists
~ Keeps you on the edge of your seat
~ Fantastic acting
~ Fast-paced
~ Always something happening in each episode
~ Lots of secrets that get revealed

Differences:
~ W is more romance-driven whereas Circle has minimal romance
~ Circle is more sci-fi/dystopian whereas W deals more with the webtoon/cartoon realm and the idea of two separate dimensions

About sibling bonds and never giving up, both dramas try to explore the more darker side of the human nature. Circle is heavy on the scifi with an array of never ending plot twists while I remember you has a bit of the more typical crime/mystery flare within the rom-com genre, though with its own fair share of twists and turns.

For some reason this drama reminds me of Circle. It is not really about time traveling but it’s sci-fi, and you get to watch different timelines and there’s a futuristic world + police / investigation & an alien.

Yeo Jin Goo plays the main male lead in both.
Both have a mystery and supernatural elements.
Similiar in a sense that both drama's have two parts in them.
Circle has part 1 Beta Project set in 2017 and part 2 Grand New World set in 2037.
Reunited Words has parts in the past in 2005 and parts in 2017, however not in a set sequence like Circle.

Circle and Awaken both similar when it comes on experimenting on human believing that it's an answer for humankind problems. Circle is about erasing PTSD completely (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) because PTSD is a kind of mental illness that won't be cure but can be control while Awaken has making an experiment for immortality that is impossible for humankind.
It also has investigation and mystery.

Circle involves human experiments, cloning and alien methodology. It also, depicts human life to be controlled by certain group turning them into powerful being at the behest of secret government funding.

Both Cross Fire and Circle have similar approaches between the two different timelines. The way Cross Fire simultaneously talks about two characters in two timelines is similar to how Circle handles their timelines.

Furthermore, both dramas talk about a criminal case that cross between their drama's two timelines . Both timelines end up contributing to the case and story as a whole.

It has the same vibes. Slow start but the more you watch the more interesting it becomes.
Also, kinda weird.

both talk about "extraordinary" creatures, and both deal with nose bleeds/headaches and how they're related to those unknown "enemy" though unlike the waterfall blood in sweet home, circle only had drips

Both have jingoo and both have a bit of connection with memory and feelings sharing. Circle was scifi but link is maybe a magic?

If you like the thriller, the suspense and the cliffhangers like in 'circle', then '365: repeat the year' should be your next destination.

Both Yonder and Circle discuss the idea of storing, replaying, replanting and reliving memories
Though circle has alien technology to help them with more action and angst, the idea of reusing memories, will you relive in it, delete it or move on?

Both are scifi stories about traumatized characters and human experimentation elements in Taemin's arc are also in the brothers story in Circle. Both have characters who suffer immense loss with traumatic backstories. Both have more emphasis on the bromance. Final Life feels like a bad dream, very artistic, definitely a must watch.

Taking place in both the present year 2017 and in the year 2037, when people believe that their future depends on humans controlling and regulating their emotions, this drama is a sci-fi mystery. When alien visitors arrive on Earth, humans learn new skills from them and take advantage of them; what ensues is a story of alliance, resistance, and love. Each episode will contain two shorter stories, the first part set in 2017 and called “Beta Project,” with the second set in 2037 and called “Grand New World.”
