Niita Shita-san is a salaried employee who is doing well in life, is progressing in his job successfully, however, he has a crush on beautiful women and that is the cause of his downfall. From nowhere Niita wakes up and receives a call from the owner of a very famous bank branch and discovers that because of some extraneous reasons, he was now owing ¥80,000,000.00. Knowing that Niita could not pay such debt, the manager proposes that for him to pay off his debt, he must "make friends" with a certain woman ... and hence his life changes from water to wine, or rather wine for water.
