The Negotiation (2018)

For Binjin fans. Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin both appear in both shows. There is no loveline in The Negotiation but there is in Crash Landing on You. If you can't get enough of the two together, I recommend one show for fans of the other and vice versa.

Truth to be told, political coverage, cruelty, take down the top guy, human sacrify, charming, legality, justice,

Like, at first, while watching the negotiation,i was expecting some romance eventho i know its near impossible. This movie had the same vibes. Slight romance (near zero) with 'police-criminal' main lead. And the ending was pretty similar.

Strong female lead negotiate with the protagonist. Dig into the truth. The ugly truth. Amazing woman power.

The male lead in deep trouble. The female lead somehow get into the male lead trouble and gave him helping hand. Both movie involve big company and politics ugly truth.

Deep, revenge, softhearted villain, great main actor, crime, action, wish the bad guy would just die immediately. Bad leader always involve the top official.

Somewhat similar yet different situation. It has a negotiation scene; if you like those intense scenes, you might like this. 

Hyun Bin is the nasty criminal who is negotiating the release of his captives. A female crisis negotiator for the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency ends up in a duel with him.

Complicated case. Did the investigator help the evil? The the evil innocent? The manipulative suspect outsmart the prosecutor.

I think both movies are great Korean thriller movie. Both movies also has some similarity in the plot.
