Once in a while, you watch a show that leaves you with a silly smile on your face. This is that type of show. Yes, it had its super bad villains (ahem, Khun Patchara), but the was offset by three super adorable couples.I usually never care about the side characters in a story and skip those parts and go right into the main story, however, in this drama I was glued to the screen for each of the three couples. The way the story progressed with the development of how the couples actually ended with who they did was done really nicely. My favourite couple surprisingly wasn't even the main leads, but the super sweet couple that almost gave me diabetes: Rita and Touch. I was making googly eyes and smiled my silly smile whenever this couple came on. They are just sooo adorable and cute together that I almost wish they were together irl.
I also really enjoyed seeing the friendship between the female leads. So refreshing to see such strong bonds between females in lakorns. None of that backstabbing, 'who needs enemies when you have friends' types of characters in this show (minus the female leads sister, but she was never a friend so I don't count her). The positive energy of all three friends was very uplifting.
Onto the villains, Khun Patchara was definitely despicable, however, by the end of the show I forgave her for her evil deeds. [SPOILER] Yeah, she kinda plotted murder of Khun Prim which eventually got her own daughter shot, (kind-of ) man-slaughtered the main leads uncle, did multiple attempts of blackmail/coercion and burned a building down, but whateves, all in the days work for a Thai villain, right? {SPOILER END] As I said before, I did forgive her for being such a badass because I really think she changed and became a better person by the last episode.
The acting was surprisingly well done, I usually hate watching anything with the main female lead as she tends to overact and her annoying almost aggressive acting is off-putting to me. In this show however, her character was such that that type of delivery works and doesn't jar the audience too much. I really enjoyed watching the male lead. I have never watched anything he's been in as none of his previous lakorns have interested me. He was very grounded and had a very calming quiet presence throughout the show. All the other cast, the male lead friends: Touch and Wat, as well as the female leads friends: Boot and Rita did a good job at presenting their characters as well.
The show is definitely rewatchable if I ever want to watch a fluffy comedy thats surprisingly interesting enough that when it finishes you wish there were more episodes.

Finished this drama today and the only thing I like about this drama are the side couples (the friends). The main couple's story annoyed me with all the misunderstandings and their plot story. :/Also, I hate how the guy was "engaged" already, but didn't call it off with his fiance until the last episode! Like for real!!! I don't care if they were not in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship, it's still wrong to do this to your engaged "fiance" if you didn't want to marry them. Never in any of the episodes I've watched did he say "no" to the engagement to Viky's parents and to Viky. He never called it off ever! And to make matters worst, he still continued the relationship with his "supposedly" engaged fiance (Viky), while courting Prim. Also, same thing with Prim! She knew he was engaged already, but continued the relationship with Phu too. Only when Viky was going to die did she realized that her having a romantic relationship with an engaged man (Phu) was wrong. It's not wrong to love, but you should have a conscience before starting a romantic relationship with someone before you get into it. I believe that what Phu should have done or the smart thing to do before courting Prim, would have been to call off the engagement with Viky first and expressed his feelings to her (Viky) instead of dragging the engagement throughout the drama. That would have solve all their damn issues they were having in their relationships to begin with. And, it would have made Viky not continue with her delusional thoughts of Phu and herself. Hey, she maybe a bit crazy person because of her Mom putting weird thoughts into her head later on in the drama, but she was actually an okay person at the beginning of the drama when she didn't go bat crazy. As for the brother, Pong (Viky's and Prim's Brother), was a jerk in the beginning, but he matured later on and took on responsibilities for his mistakes. He also accepted that he was having a child with a girl he made pregnant and man up for his actions. Gave him a high five for that. And thank goodness! He saw the true colors of his mother's delusions! The only thing I found weird/creepy was that he knocked up an underage girl (highschooler). They did say that he was older than her, which was weird.
Anyways, let me now talk about the mother of Viky and Pong. Hmm...I've got only two words that I can come up with that would describe her personality: Crazy and delusional. Like, damn! She blackmailed the father of her children so she could marry him and attempted to murder Prim and her Mother without thinking of the consequences. I can understand she wanted love, but her love is obsessive and abusive. In general, just toxic. Barami, the husband, should have called the engagement off if he didn't want to marry her. Hell! Even if his parents went bankrupt, he should have went to find other solutions instead of accepting something he was against (the engagement to Patchara, mother of Viky and Pong). So many issues with these two, I don't know how they became parents in this drama. Take some responsibility for once instead of blaming each other for their faults.
Also, the other friends were suppose to be "main leads" as well, but it felt more like they were "side leads" because they had less air time than the main couple's story. You know what's funny? I skipped almost most of the parts with the main couple, but when the side leads had a romantic scene it was less than the main couple. Like WHAT?! All this air time was only for that main couple and they only give us 5 minutes per episode on the side couples (friends)?! *sighs* This drama I wouldn't want to watch again. I only watched it because I got bored and had nothing to watched as I've seen better rom-com Thai drama's than this. Also, I'm tired of the female lead dates male lead with a fiance plot in most of these Thai drama's. I know there are some exceptions with Thai drama's without the suppose "fiance" or "girlfriend", but come on! Thai Drama's don't need cat fights to make the drama interesting. Bhuppae Sunniwat had no cat fights, welp maybe with the old Krakade (the evil one), but not the new one and the story was still interesting. That drama talked about history to make things interesting. You know what I thought this drama was going to be about? Shoes! They kept talking about it at the beginning of the story, but later on it just drifted off into space like it was never there. The writers only focused on the relationship problems with Prim and Phu's plot (and Prim's parents) throughout the whole drama. It got repetitive and boring. I found it also surprising that all three men fell for Prim at first sight, when her friends were just as awesome as she was. Prim is basically a Mary Sue. Her character had damsel in distress, reverse harem, dead mother, evil stepmother, sister engaged to the guy she liked, a poor middle class woman, and selfless character to almost EVERYONE (even towards the villains) in the story. MARY SUE screams all over her.

Has Potential
This drama had so much potential, but they took it the wrong direction. First off let me explain the pros of this drama.Pros: The storyline/plotline was good. As I was reading what it was about, I got excited and went to watch right away. The first couple of episodes were good. They kept you in for sure, and I was laughing throughout. The acting was straight on. The actors did a great job with their characters and did well displaying their emotions.
Cons: I was so upset at the ML, and here's why..* SPOILER*..... The ML had a "relationship" with Vicky. So they were considered together, and Vicky considered them an actual couple. So for now, let's just say they were in a relationship, cuz they kind of were. Knowing that he was in a relationship, the ML continued to chase after the FL. Like.... DUDE! Break up the "relationship with Vicky. He doesn't actually say no to the marriage until the last episode. And during this time he never did anything about it. Not to mention, the FL knew that he was "engaged", and continued on with him. Like where is the loyalty?? Obviously he doesn't like Vicky. She's the kind of 2FL that we all hate in dramas. So what's the answer here? Break up the "engagement" and say NO. Honestly.. so annoying. Because of this, Vicky kept on thinking things were possible with him. SideNote: The episodes are long. So it feels like you're watching it forever, and it drags on.
Overall, I felt that there was too many misunderstandings, too many annoying characters who won't back off and leave the couples be. Honestly, if the ML had just ended things with the 2FL earlier, I would have been a lot less upset. I feel like you could still have a good show with drama, but without the prolonging of things, if that makes sense. I still recommend this drama because it has that potential. Things do get resolved at the end, and everyone gets their happy ending. So I guess it was all worth it.

Handsome actors but too cliches for me
A fairly classic plot: meeting between 3 ordinary girls and 3 rich ML friends (including Alek & Pon:). Initial misunderstandings, then complicated family stories (authoritarian and super aggressive FL4's mother, child out of wedlock, differences in status, delinquent FL4 brother who drugs FL, etc.).Romance with hardships: the ML1 is the "claimed" fiancé of the FL4 (1/2 sister of the FL but ignores it) and the FL4's mother does everything to destroy the FL.
The tone is light, very comedic in the first half. Some hard passages, but which do not last. Then the storyline fall into "too much cliches" and it becomes annoying even though there are plenty of handsome actors!
The tricks of the ending and the indecision of the ML ended up getting on my nerves and I skipped!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
