Produce 101 Season 2 brings together 101 trainees from different entertainment companies in South Korea, and 11 trainees are selected through audience voting to form a boy band. The group will perform for 2 years together under YMC Entertainment (also the label of I.O.I from Produce 101). The top 35 also performed with the winning team at a finale concert. The winning group will disband after their contracts end, allowing the members of the final lineup to return to their agencies. Edit Translation

Kudos to the producers and writers for improving on the shortcomings of the first season. I felt that there was less drama and the atmosphere was less competitive this time around, which was refreshing to see. The boys were a lot more enjoyable to watch, and the show's games and special events showed a fun side to the trainees and balanced the moments of despair and frustration in the show, it was a balance which I didn't get to see much in the first season.

All in all, it was a very enjoyable show, it kept me entertained and I loved the final lineup! Now, brb, gonna binge-watch Wanna One's variety shows...
