Taguchi (Isao Kumakura), a man who's wanted for fraud, seeks refuge from police in a seemingly deserted amusement park and zoo. While there, he wanders into a psychiatry clinic where he meets a woman who talks to animals (Etsuyo Mitani), guerilla soldiers, and various other eccentric patients. Before long, the delusions of the people there trigger a chain of events involving both the police and the criminal underworld, eventually spinning out of control in unexpected ways. Edit Translation
