It was the right balance of comedy and action, with heartwarming interactions. The romance wasn't passionate, but a reciprocated concern for one another and understanding of each other's struggles; plus, the plot did not revolve around it, which I really appreciate. The story was not particularly exceptional, but it had well built suspense that carried it through the episodes.

The exceptions are where the writers took the characters and put them in usually unexpected roles. The Ahjumma intelligence system, for instance, was hilarious and sheer genius - the writers took your average, nosey neighbour and turned them to a gang of mothers (and a stay at home father) who exchange the slightest of suspicion in their elaborate network. If anything, these mothers, particularly Ae-Rin's friends, kept the show alive. Then the interactions between the twins and Terius, Terius's friendship with the stay-at-home dad and Son Hoo Joon, and AeRin and Terius were truly hearttouching.

The FL and ML were smart in their own ways. I loved Ae Rin's cleverness, actually. I hate it when writers purposefully dumbed down characters, which thankfully wasn't the case, except in understandable situations.

My complaint, which has prevented me from giving thus drama more than an 8, is neglecting AeRin and her children a grieving period. After her husband dies, the writers forget that his absence should result in a hole in the family. I get it: AeRin was being strong and around episode 11, we see her break down. But at least give us a hint that she was trying to pull herself together through the episodes before that. What's more, her children never ask for their father, and we aren't even shown that they have understood that he's gone. In my opinion, had they delved a little more into showing the loss a family goes through, the relationship between Kim Bon and AeRin's family would have had a stronger and more bittersweet taste. Conveniently forgetting to show the struggles of losing a loved one made me somewhat disattached to the characters. Delving into a character's emotion at the right time, even for a little moment, can add substance to a story. The writers lost a huge chance to use the potential of the drama.

The music was beautiful. Heck, most kdramas never fail to share a nice original soundtrack. Moreover, they chose the correct instrumental for most moments, adding to the experience.

I'm unsure about rewatching this. I reckon, to replay certain moments, I would think of watching bits and pieces of an episode, but that's about it.

This is a GREAT comedy/spy thriller! This drama has all the elements of a thriller (schemes, espionage, betrayal, action...) plus a good dose of comedy coming at you from all angles. Although some of the supporting characters seem burlesqued the cast did a great job making it fun to watch. This drama’s main themed is the crime thriller paired with comedy and a hinted romance. Every episode leaves the audience in a cliffhanger mode, all the way to the end which, although it’s a good ending, leaves one thinking of a second season. The plot on this drama is well thought and the antagonists are not given right away unless you have a kin eye for details and a good “flashback” memory. The cast was very good and the kids were excellent, making this a very entertaining drama. Enjoy it!

Well this drama is a nice drama to watch. Funny, touching a little bit of romance and action
The story itself is not the best one I ever watched and can get a bit boring at times but still it worked !
I really loved the supporting cast ! KIS Rules and I think they kind of saved the drama from being too "boring"
The main leads are really good actors and children casting is good too ! Joon-Joon <3 the twins are cute and I really loved the Ko Ko kiss parts haha
If you don't know what to watch and want a nice story go for it the story king of let you in good mood when you end the drama. But i guess it's not a drama I would watch again and again like some others you still want to rewatch from time to time

So Ji Sub - 'nuff said!

I enjoyed this show for many reasons.
1) So Ji Sub - I've got to admit, I love this actor. I love his chiseled good looks and how he can emote the heck out of a storyline just using his eyes. This part was perfect for him, plus we got to see something a little bit extra. I knew he'd be perfect as a spy, but I was surprised how much I loved watching him with the children.
2) About the children - W. C. Fields said never act with children or animals. At the beginning of this show, I couldn't have agreed with him more. These kids were a nightmare! But once they got to have Kim Bon as a babysitter, they were a joy to watch and so flipping cute.
3) Neighborhood secondary characters - oh, my goodness, they were a hoot to watch! There were a lot of laugh out loud moments with them, and I liked how the writers also got them involved in the spy side of things.
4) The spy team - there was good chemistry between these people. They looked like they'd have each others' backs in a dangerous situation. I enjoyed watching them, but I have to be honest, Im Se Mi and her beautiful short hairstyle kept grabbing my attention.
5) Jun In Sun as Go Ae Rin - I felt about her kind of like I felt about the kids. She was a mess at the beginning, I just wanted to sit her down and talk to her about providing some discipline for those nightmare children. The writers wrote this character well, she progressed in knowledge and maturity as the show went on. Granted, she made some poor choices, safety-wise, but those choices often furthered the storyline or provided comic relief.
6) Son Ho Jun as Jin Yong Tae - I kept going back and forth - bad guy? Not a bad guy? How can I enjoy watching a bad guy? He provided a lot of the comedy in this show, and every time he said something in English, it just cracked me up, for some reason.

This show seriously requires suspension of disbelief, which I knew going in. The comedy parts were very funny, the action/drama parts weren't too heavy. For some reason, I can't even find too much fault with the lack of romance (because that's what I want most in my shows). If you go into this show just for enjoyment and your expectations aren't too high, I think you'll love it.

cuteeeee

omggg relationship between so ji sub and the kids are so cuteeee!!! I swear i want them on the screen all the time (despite I'm not fond to kids that much). And so ji sub acting? Ugh looooooveeee!! Anyways, this drama has typical, predictable yet interesting storyline that keeps me going, it’s not that heavy and not quite light either, kinda mixed of both. The storyline was good and I love every characters. It was fun and I enjoyed it a lot.

Do watch it if you need some light enjoyable drama, it will worth your time :))

I was first skeptical whether to watch this drama or not. But after good reviews I started to watch after it was completed. And I never regretted watching this drama. The best thriller and funny drama I have ever seen. So Ji Sub's moments with children was really cool to my eyes. All the actors had done their part great. There were no loose ends neither loop holes in this drama as much as I saw. I really loved how the drama was proceeded. I was afraid it might have a sad ending but it was a happy ending. Each episode will keep you at the edge of your seat. I usually fast forward the scenes with boring content but I never did in this drama. No moments were boring and everything was good.
Altogether this is a PERFECT drama.

Cliffhangers no one does cliffhangers like this show. ???????? The previews are excellent but are full of red herrings, and the red herrings keep getting better.
The KIS gang has some secrets and the red heel lady umm she couldn't be could someone's wife could she?
The cleaner is back and Bon has been? AeRin is being ??? Now Young Tae that man is interesting sneaky, underhanded but smart scary smart. This is a prefect cast for this drama I have comedy, mystery, red herrings and action. Thank you ????????????

Plot Armor is strong with this one aka Annoying FL

This show started off quite promising, with an interesting premise. Had just the right mix of everything, romance, comedy, mystery. Actors across the board where pretty good, as well as characters. But at some point the show just went off the rails, and the FL lead became so freaking annoying I could barely stomach it. In the beginning she was introduced as a typical stay at home mom, cute charming. But then at some point she just becomes a super hero. Why? Oh yeah because of the plot armor. She outsmarts 3 NIS agents and finds the hideout at Kings Bags, why? Oh she smart because she use to work at a tech company. wtf? On the bridge she takes over that NIS girl agents car and drives like a professional, forget that not even 2 episodes ago she could barely start it and was taking driving lessons from Kim Bom, jumps in the water and saves Kim Bom with all those NIS agents around. Why? Oh yeah ofc because her parents were a divers. DUH. I forgot to tell you. Vagina power or something. Ridiculous. Not to mention there’s absolutely no motivation for her to always put herself in quite dangerous situations, just because she curious. Really? Someone who has two kids at home and you’re snooping around first J International when you know it’s a shady company and then Kings Bag as well. The worst part of it is that her behavior completely changes as well. In the beginning the can-do attitude comes across as cute almost inspiring because it complements her desperate situation. But then when the “hero” delusions kick-in that same attitude becomes super obnoxious and all it does is, it reeks of entitlement.

Best part of the show were the kids. I gave it 2 starts because of them and their relationship with Kim Bom.

I started this one a little late, but I am not sorry that I started to watch. I was looking forward to this series because I knew So Ji Sub was in it and I always enjoy whatever that actor happens to be in. The first episode alone already surprised me. I was not expecting a good deal of what actually goes down in the first couple of episodes. The acting is great and the directing is also on par as well. I have written a more detailed review at:https://www.dramaaddictscorner.com/blog/terius-behind-me. If you are curious about this drama just give it a quick read it may just be that sway that you need.

First episode is peppered with some editing issue, but storywise, I am sold!

I love JungInSun from her days at Eulachacha Waikiki, and SoJiSub from Master's Sun and Venus... These two, and cute twins are so refreshing.

The side casts are doing very good job. I love KangKiYung interpretation of stay-at-home Appa. SohnHoJun, last I saw him was in three meals a day, sometimes still hard to see him in this role of a CDO of some bag importer company , but he is getting better.

Can't wait for next episode !
