Cringe as hell!
I only watched this because I love Moon Chae Won. Honestly, people tend to give a better score than they should because they love the actors or something on the show is cute. This show has an average story, the writing is bad, the acting was average at best, thanks to the director, and I don't think I liked any of these characters. I don't give a damn about who's going to end up with whom. If your main focus is that, you don't care about the story, that simple. I only care about the story, and the main story started at episode 14 or so. This should've been a 2-hour-long movie! Every other episode was pointless to be honest. The story had a good potential, but they only did something with it in the final two episodes. The whole show was cringe as hell. Also, I know this is just a drama, and they didn't have a big budget, but if you don't have enough money, why are you even using these crappy looking CGI cats, dragons, tigers? They used CGI even when it wasn't necessary. I love comedy and all but 90% of the time it wasn't funny at all, just cringe. I literally skipped every scene with Ok Nam's 3 friend, because they were so bad and irritating. Not to mention the lab guys and that idiot Lee Ham Sook. Anyone who says this show should have a better rating, should be banned from this site, because they're the reason that 90% of the shows on MDL are overrated! Seriously, why are you guys giving higher score for shows just because you love the actors, or you think something or someone is cute? One of the worst drama I watched so far.

An acquired taste
I would say this show can be good, for a certain crowd. I was not this crowd, I found it hard to sympathize with characters and I found the storyline to be very odd. I thought the actors did well for the odd roles they were given. Honestly, this show was hard to watch. It interested me in the few first episodes, but by the time I reached episode 7, I wanted it to end. I feel this show could be enjoyed by those who are willing to push aside oddities in the storyline, but I found the show hard to watch. Was this review helpful to you?

Nothing profound in here. Just a story of love and forgiveness.
Saw this show about to air on free tv, decided to watch it on WeTV instead. It looks interesting..Watched the first five episode, then skipped to episode 10 and watched onwards. At first it looks so clearcut, an immortal waiting and searching for her mate and from the look of things, looks like she found him. Or did she really?
As the story progresses, mysteries were solved and questions were answered. It's always good to see a love so great that can overcome anything, even time..

The CG cat has no butthole.... >_>
So...in as far as dramas go this was a pretty silly one, especially with all the CG and the talking CG spoonworm. It was a little difficult to fully immerse in the drama with all that goofiness. But in the end they pulled it off well enough and it was fun to watch the story unfold, even if the end doesn't go quite how most dramas go. They did a pretty good job confusing the heck out of me initially with the storyline, so about halfway through I had a lot of anxiety around WTF was actually going on. They wrapped it up nicely enough though, so I suppose that means it was a successful plot device.I would have liked to see some more funny scenes with the old visage of Miss Fairy, like it would have been hilarious to see what others saw during kiss scenes. At the very least, it would have been funny to hear the students or lab partners gossiping about how they saw the Professor kiss a grandma. The tiger role was really well cast, even without the CG effects that actress totally looked like she could be a tiger. Her red curly hair was SO CUTE. The other actors all did fairly well too, though some parts (like the secret camera boy) were really hyped up toward the start and then basically went nowhere relevant in the end.
Overall, it's a decent watch when you want something mostly light and fun....there are a few dark storyline spots, but definitely the show keeps with its overarching light comedy theme. I wouldn't rewatch it though, it's sort of a one-and-done story.
