A Quickie Fluffy & Light Adult Romcom
>> The plot is nothing new but it's a great way to spend 2 hours. Especially if you recently watched something heavy, you can use this drama as a cushion to feel light again.>> The initial 5-10 minutes of build-up was so boring that I wanted to drop it (probably coz I didn't read the synopsis). But all of a sudden the build-up made sense, and I was drawn into the storyline and interaction and chemistry of Han Eun Seong and Kim Rae Wan.
>> The emotions and dialogues of the characters are quite realistic. It's not childish and fluffy but very mature. And yet, the whole show gives off a very fluffy vibe ~
>> The direction is amazing! Some scenes stretch for nearly 5 minutes without any shot-change and they pulled it off skillfully.
>> I don't really understand why Kim Sung Joo and Kwon Do Woon are in the poster because their parts are very less and only there to give a boost to the lead couple.
Side Note: Lee Yoo Young's Frech accent is so accurate and dead-sexy!

Good short drama if you don't have anything else to watch
The show has 4 episodes of 30 minutes each, so it's like a 2-hour long movie. The drama is quite good, although there wasn't much going on and the story is nothing out of ordinary. The good:
- Fluffy and mature with nice characters.
- Unexpected good chemistry between the leads. I've nevem imaged Kim Seon Ho and Lee Yoo Young together, but I was surprised and impressed with the couple.
- It's nothing new to praise Kim Seon Ho acting, but he was great once again. Lee Yoo Young was also great, as I could not image her playing the lead in Tunnel. It was like two different person.
- Raw emotions with cohesive dialogues and discussions. Real adult with real problems.
The bad:
- Supporting characters? Just to help the couple notice each other. It was a cheap way to make the leads relationship change a bit.
- The first 2 episodes were gold, but the last two were a lil' draggy and some overextended scenes. This is probably because of the 4-episode format. Maybe if it was movie the execution would be better?
- I would like to see more of the working life of the leads. But it is understandable.
- Aaahh, that ending. Why do short dramas love time skip? I just don't understand. The leads have the confession time where BOTH said they like each other. But then then FL says that this will break up their friendship and then just cut all contact with the male lead for a year? What? I understand her worry of starting a romantic relationship with the best friend. But give up without even trying and staying away for a whole year? And then she just comes back and that's it. He was waiting for her for a year. Everything comes back to normal and now they are dating. Very unrealistic.
Overall, it's a good drama to watch when you have nothing else to do. Sit and enjoy the ride. Even if you are mad at the end, you at least enjoyed the couple's chemistry.

Perfectly Delightful
I saw the trailer on Youtube, then I saw that it is only 4 episodes .... and I went for it!What a delightful romance drama, I loved everything about it, the story, the directing, the actors and how this entire drama kept pulling at my heart strings, aching and yearning for the main leads to be together. There is no major drama and the couple's chemistry was so perfect and natural.
I am captivated by him, Kim Seon Ho (Rae Wan) and her, Lee Yoo Young (Eun Seong). After searching and reading their personal profile, I was pleasantly surprised by all their past dramas which had very high rating. They are such talented actors and I am going to catch up with all their dramas and movies.
I highly recommend You Drive Me Crazy if you are into romance and enjoy a really memorable show.
K-Drama Forever! Cheers!

Almost everything about You Drive Me Crazy was wonderful: a normal -which isn't bad here- love story of a boy and a girl that aren't fully aware of their feelings from one another and would rather stick to comfort than take a risk, full of fun, silly squabbles and clap-backs, of emotionally filled confessions and little details. I really adored Lee Yoo Young's voice and eyes, and the way she portrayed her character managed to not annoy me, when the usual quirky female lead in romantic dramas might do. Kim Seon Ho was perfect as well (and as expected now from me), his voice and tones, eyes and facial expressions are like no other.
Plotwise, the writers were able to add so many details in such a simple, easy story, I think that's what I treasured the most. An attentive watcher will notice the emotional clues, the meanings behind certain shots and scenes.
Another great aspect about this drama is that it's short, thus the story is able to flow well and not have its message being dragged and lost - and the watcher can binge this supper quickly. You don't always need 16 episodes to have a nice meaning and fine work.
The only minus would be... and I'm sorry to critique but Sung Joo's performance was a tad... awkward, probably due to his character's use in the story and innocent character.

For people who are torn between keeping their friendship with a loved one or taking a risk.
After watching a lot of intense dramas, I was looking for something light and quick to watch, which led me to this. I didn't have any expectations, and I didn't even try to find out more about the plot. The protagonists did an excellent job of portraying what an eight-year friendship looks like and how it could change as a result of an unexpected event. This type of drama may be typical to others, but I'd like to think of it as something relatable. When Eun-sung was explaining why she couldn't compromise their friendship for a romantic relationship, you could feel her frustration. The ending seemed predictable, and I wondered if it should have ended in the least predictable way, with them not ending up with each other. Was this review helpful to you?

The story is simple and true to life. The actors gave justice to the plot being acting really well. You could feel their comfort and emotions. The OST is so beautiful as well! It's so perfect for the drama, and how it's incorporated into the scenes.
This is definitely a must-watch for those looking for a simple, intimate drama!

So Cute!
Likes: THE drunk scene. Lee Yoo Young's drunk acting [SO real]. Kim Seon ho's reactions. The easy chemistry between the leads.Dislikes: Only 4 episodes! Sometimes...just sometimes., Yoo Young's aeygo voice would get on my nerves.
Overall this was such a cute story! I loved the silliness that comes with being best friends and then the heart fluttering moments at the potential at being more. The acting felt effortless. I became fans of both the leads after watching this.
Just so cute!

Fantastic & crappy at the same time
#rant onI'm starting to seriously hate kdrama writers, just why! Why would you put a forced love square & a 1 year separation plot into a 2 hour long movie? Was there REALLY a need?
#rant off
The romance between the leads was awesome. It would have taken near 0 effort to turn this into a near perfect romantic movie, but oh well. The audiovisuals are perfect and I'm genuinely surprised how incredibly good the OST is for a 4 part TV movie, or whatever this is, most Korean film productions cannot compare, I don't think.

Short and sweet with bits of stupid resolutions...
I just rewatch this drama. Is is simple, short and...STORY - The Artist Rae Wan and Translator Eun Seong are best friends for almost 10 years. He loves her since long ago and she don't view him like that.
One day she kiss him and... She regrets, he falls even more for her and...
She is so selfish that she chooses nothing to love, because if there was a breakup she will loose his friend. The problem is that they stay apart for a year, couldn't never understand Korean love and timing...
One day she saws a poster about his exhibition with her, all about his love for her. So she barges in to his house, one year after she left...
ACTING - wonderful acting by both, who are the main actors of the drama.
OST - interesting because it is a part of the drama.
REWATCH - It is so short so why not
THE ENDING - don't know how I could end this drama, but it felt below my expectations...
OVERALL - could be an amazing drama, short and sweet. The 1 year gap and some decisions were strange for me.
But, I now know that Korean dramas are not all toooooooo long!! They can do things in the right amount of time...
