Sui Zhou joins the imposters in planning the robbery. He also sets them up to be caught, but his plans are thwarted by Commander Wan. The criminals hide in the brothel and take everyone hostage. Wang Zhi is also there and Commander Wan puts him in a precarious position. Commander Wan shoots arrows into the building hoping to kill them. Another official comes and suggests to smoke them out. Tang Fan hears about it and decides to go help.
