I liked this show quite a lot. The plot is not 100% captivating per se (specially the subplots), which is the reason I can't give a 10.
But what is really engaging is the acting (and chemistry) of the two leads, a strong supporting cast (second lead syndrome alert, here!) and most of all:
1) the portrayal of a real relationship, the best and worst moments included, between two adults who have spent almost their whole life together, no sugar coating;
2) these people share believable kisses and love scenes, which is kind of refreshing considering most of the k-dramas show people over 30 acting like they're 12, as far as sex is concerned. That's what I wish more k-dramas could have: can you see, writers? You can show believable love scenes without turning your drama into a porn movie! It can be done! :)
Lovely OST too.

The girls are just annoying, especially the main who like’s to act then think and not try to look beyond what she sees in the here and now.
Her friends are like those of the first season but there are more extreme and all the more annoying ...
For a males, the main actor is the one that keeps the drama alive, the new boyfriend is just there...
Like I said the plot is recycled and it’s not something we have not seen a better first season, Same with music.

OMG ... i can't believe myself that i searched for this drama for almost 2 years to watchthis is the most lame, distorted love i have ever seen
the story was too slow with lots and lots of repeated same flashback memories
it pissed me off starting from ep. 09 and from episode 12 i watched it double speed
this was confusing
when she avows he ran away and vise versa
which bothered me so much
i can't believe how many person are too selfish in this drama
the ML was too selfish too with very frail, flimsy reason to leave her behind and treated her like that
he chose to leave her because of some genetic disease and always pushed her away then suddenly when she began to love someone else he tried to get her back although the main reason still remains
he didn't cling with her once
every time she said let's break-up, he answered immediately yes
although he knew her character well he didn't even asked her once .. WHY -_-
this was really unfair for the 2nd ML
the 1st ML chose to keep everything for himself without telling her and consider it as he was sacrificing
and left according to his own decision
this is total stupidity not love
he chose not to trust her
and didn't change himself almost till the end
so it's really unfair to get back to him
and not to mention the lots and lots of un-necessary kissing scenes which kept the drama away from being fluffy
Kim ji woo & Jung yoo mi both their characters were chaotic and terrible for me
so selfish, annoying and according to their age what they have done was really trivial
and they do whatever they want without considering other's feeling
i loved so much the fourth story between (kang ye sol & heo tae hee)
they were too cute
although i'm fond of love stories
but i really hated that
this is in my opinion the worst childhood's love story
