Seemingly-innocent games like children's tag runs and escape rooms but people literally die :( Participants in both shows didn't have a choice in joining (or were tricked to join) but now they have to win for survival
Arisu—a listless, jobless, and video-game-obsessed young man—suddenly finds himself in a strange, emptied-out version of Tokyo in which he and his friends must compete in dangerous games in order to survive. In this strange world, Arisu meets Usagi, a young woman who’s navigating the games alone. Together, they set out to unravel one mystery after another as they risk their lives and confront what it means to live.
Both are survival show

It is another survival game but this one has no set up and is more like "Hunger Games" than an unknown higher power running the show.
Both dramas have a similar concept which is the gaming world. The characters have to use their superior problem-solving skills and intellect to win the challenges in order to survive.
Both series have the characters get transported into a game of survival and both stories explore the themes of survival, deception, betrayal, and psychological warfare, as the characters face various challenges and dangers in the games.
Both have very similar concepts. Participants have to survive in a series of deadly games. Both include gory scenes.
While the concept of these two is worlds apart/ very different, they both result in having to survive at the cost of other lives, such as their friends. Betrayal is a huge aspect/part of both stories. Also, violence/ recklessness and failure of morals in both dystopian scenarios are similar.
However, Remember 15 contains more extreme gore.

Remake of the Canadian movie “CUBE” [1997].

Alice in Borderland is has the similar set up where a bunch of people are made to fight to survive and are not sure what their purpose is. It's also got a modern vibe, but doesn't have the GARO universe aspects.
I recommend this both drama because , Male lead and Female lead
try to solve problem
In one drama explosion and another student murder/suicide

100 Random participants was chosen to join the surviving game through a game monitor helmet & the winner can obtain Garo gold costume. A must watch dark thriller psychological drama. This not s sequel or prequel from previous Garo series/movie.
It is another survival game and transported to a different world/existance. Both contains gore and blood but this one has a more futuristic setting
Both dramas are about gaming still there's some differences. Well, I liked both of these dramas. Memories of the Alhambra has some K-drama impact. Well obviously k-drama lol! If you are Hyun Bin and Park Shun Hye's fan then don't wait and watch!
Liar Game doesn't have gore scenes and deaths but both have "games" that require being smart. They also have this protagonist that wants everyone to win.
