Although Mouse doesn't have any supernatural elements, they are both very similar stylistically. By that I mean that both series are about cat & mouse games between detectives/police officers and serial killers. Both are very fast-paced and thrilling. Very well acted as well!

Supernatural powers, the government wanting to take advantage of this powers. Two opposite supernatural powers: read memories vs erase memoeia for the Memorist. In Orthros no Inu is killing vs reviving.
And something else that should be kept as a surprise.

-similar in that there is a long winding plot to discover who is the culprit
-lots of dead bodies and people that are killed by "serial killer" motives
-personal baggage behind characters a lot
-main female lead in Memorist is BADASS

Starting with the genre of both, being of mystery and drama, having as an enemy a religious cult that performs acts of vandalism, and the mission is to discover the truth.

If you like crime dramas, watch this. It's a surprisingly beautiful show, with great acting and stories, and the different art they show throughout the series is wonderful. Honestly, this show had me from the opening credits and did not disappoint from then on. No romance, some bromance.

Both dramas gives similar vibes. Both are greatly directed, worth watching.

Both MCs have a psychic ability. In both shows, the MCs are able to look through memories of other people through touching them. Both MCs work in a police base setting and use their powers in order to get closer to the case. While in Memorist, everyone accepts the fact the MC is a psychic but in Children of a lesser god, it is not the case. The MC struggles to convince people that her powers are legitimate and it becomes one of her struggles throughout the show. Another difference is that in memorist the MC can look through all memories but in Children of a lesser god the MC can only look through the moments before of the victims death.

Both dramas are thriller with a lot of mystery and very strange events.
They tell the story of an unusual cop (male lead character) partnering with a profiler/criminal psychology specialist (female lead character) in the pursuit of a serial killer.
The lead characters have their own personal struggle rooted in their childhood.
They are broadcasted by TvN
However, the male lead character in memorist has super powers but the one in awaken has just great detective skills.
