A fresh Kdrama from a winning script
At first, I have low expectations for this. Business or office drama is not my favorite genre. It can be a boring subject. But this drama seems to understand that and deliver the content in a fresh way. Below are the reasons why you should watch this:1. The chemistry between both lead: Park Hae Jin and Kim Eung Soo is so good, they should get Best Couple Award
2. Every case or problem is solved quickly in an episode or two. I like that
3. Every character is not just a side character, they have their own story. Even the grandma that act as the receptionist
4. The plot twist here and there that make you wanted to watch from ep. 1
5. Even serious event can be a comedic one
6. Lessons on friendships and office teamwork are told smoothly with fresh scenarios
7. Marketing strategies that some of us can relate to.
8. A funny ending and anti-cliche one (I like the ending)
9. The trot songs are refreshing compared to pop songs in all dramas
Hope the writer create more script like this. Kdrama seems to run out of ideas.

Best KDRAMA of 2020
I have enjoyed each episodes. Park Hae Jin and Kim Eung Soo are so fun to watch. I love how the director did not focus on romance but in the story itself. It is not boring and once you have done watching episode you will crave for more and can't wait to watch what would happen next. The drama is very direct to the point, all scenes are worth to watch. It is also gives moral lessons to viewers. I love Ga Yeol Chan and Lee Man Sik's character. They are perfectly created to the story. And Park Hae Jin and Kim Eung Soo portrayed them well. Kuddos to both of them, great actors as always.I love all series of Park Hae Jin like Man to Man and Cheese in the Trap. Hope more more projects like this for him.

one of the best comedies I've seen
I only started watching this a few days ago and I marathoned everything in 3 days then I had to wait for the last ep, it was that good ;Dtbh, I'm not a fan of Park Hae Jin's acting and I thought that plus comedy would be a disaster so I had it as not interested, but a friend kept telling me it's my type of dramas and she was 100% right❤ overall his acting was slightly awkward but it blended well with his characters personality and the writer balanced Yeol Chan really well, he was cold and sadistic but he was also caring and reliable
I've loved Han Ji Eun ever since be melo so she was the 2nd reason I started this and I LOVED her character here as well, she was naturally cute but she was also smart, competent, independent and she always said what's on her mind (not in a rude or demeaning manner, she just wouldn't let others label or define her)
Kim Eung Soo was the real mvp, in the 1st ep he seemed so evil and beyond reparable, but stripping away his power made him into the softest bean xD there were so many scenes where he was a literal representation of UWU
I was pleasantly surprised to see Noh Jong Hyun again after Strangers From Hell where he was my favorite. and I liked his character and arc here, plus Park Ah In as well though it was a shame the drama was too short
there are two points in this drama, 1- was that we shouldn't judge and label people so easily. all 3 interns were introduced as "the worst choice" for the job but just giving them a chance showed how reliable and hardworking they all were, everyone just needs a secure environment to glow.
and 2- was the witty and well written script and dialog, tbh one would not think a "bromance office comedy" would deliver anything beyond a few laughs, but the turn of events and "twists" were all so unexpected that I literally laughed until I cried ;D
the romance was not the main point (sadly) but it too was written so well that it followed the cliches in a new manner, I really loved seeing the characters "realistic" reactions. if it was longer we could've gotten a little more out of that romance and that's why I wish for a 2nd season!
the ost was nice but not revolutionary and I never rewatch stuff, though I might want to rewatch those moments that made me cry from laughter (which I already did a few times, but still)

Best 2020 drama so far
watch this amazing showGiving this 10 out of 10 cuz this was so good. This show really deserves good ratings and I want more people to know about this drama and watch it. As always Park Hae jin was so good in his character. The show began emotionally and after the 1st half of the first episode it turned out to a hilarious drama until the end. Their bromance is unique because of the age gap. Many people might not watch it because it's and office drama and no romance but trust me this is lit. you gotta watch this. I have never watched an ongoing series with this much interest. 12 episodes are not enough for me I want more and It would be great if a season 2 comes. even though I don't have experience working in an office I felt how is it to work in an office. Even though the Osts are kind of different compared to the other drama Osts I enjoyed those too :) maybe because it's Park Hae jin's drama OSTs. Ga Yol chan was the perfect boss that anyone could wish for. Please watch it you won't regret it. it's so good Everything was perfect about this drama for me. This was the best 2020 drama so far for me and I'm waiting for Park Hae jin's crime puzzle next

ウケる
ウケる〜this drama is so brilliant I can not praise it enough I never would expect a drama set around sales and marketing department of a business to be so great and go into all the lives and problems and joys of the team so well。 The humor is hilarious but there is also a darker back story。 Park Hae Jin and Kim Eung Soo have great chemistry as do some of the team who pair up・ there is some romance but it is light-hearted and does not take over the story。 the end I found for me not so satisfying I do not like instant time shifts、 this is a weak trick and ”cop out” explanation and was really not needed in this drama。 the series as a whole was great but for me the ending was confused and crazy( I expect deliberately) it rounded the series off but I would prefer a more realistic outcome、 but as a whole drama I recommend it highly〜it is one of a few I will maybe re-watchWas this review helpful to you?
Underrated Germ in Kdrama World
I'm so surprised by how good this drama is. This is the first office drama that I watched. From the cast, storyline, real-life stories, office politics, PPL, and even the OSTs. The chemistry between Park Hae Jin and Kim Eung Soo is so good, they should get best couple award. They are lesson on every episode but were delivered in a fun way. And the romance is not forced for Ga Yeol Chan even though he is so freaking handsome. There are a lot of cameos by the best celebrities in the fields. The parody of Kim Sabu is the funniest. Every character has their own role and justifies clearly. This is better than some popular dramas out there. Was this review helpful to you?
Good Enough
" Kkondae Intern " was, unexpectedly, quite enjoyable. The comedy parts of the drama were solid, as the 'bromance' between the two leads was A) well-paced and took its time to mature, B) the two leads had chemistry which helped a lot. Also, there was no unnecessary romantic drama added to it, even though there were some specks of romance to the story. But, overall, the story was kept clean and business-focused. Another plus was the team dynamics, although there were some senior characters that tended to be left out of the equation.
The whole chaebol drama was nice too, even though it was kind of predictable. The drama had some moments that felt rushed too. An example is the ending. That episode had actually started nicely and smoothly, however, towards the ending, it was a bit messy.
Finally, the performances were quite good from everyone in the cast. The length of the drama was just enough as well for the story to be well presented.
So, overall, seven and a half out of ten.

Slice of life drama with mutual understanding and growth.
(Minor spoilers.)Kkondae Intern starts off with quite a tragic first episode, we see a young intern being treat horribly by an older manager — it makes you wonder about the work culture in Korea and if this is actually the norm. However, there’s a quick five year skip and the tables are turned. We now see both the leads in a better capacity and as the drama progresses, their relationship grows from being unable to handle one another to working with and standing for each other. The supporting cast is amazing as well — they help in show the reality of an office dynamic. There is a tense subplot driving the drama, but overall it’s on a humorous take.
You can watch this if you’re not sure what to start then. A decent, almost light hearted drama to get you back into the rush of things.

Nice office drama
Likes:1. Mansic and Yeol Chan's slow journey from being enemies to respected colleagues.
2. Seeing Yeol Chan become more mature at work, and dealing with his team
3. I disliked Yeol Chan's team but slowly grew on me/tolerated as they also learned to be better people. I particularly ended up liking Taeri, Yoonseo and Ms Tak.
4. The 2 senior interns were so fun and smart! Esp Anastacia..wow she looks so elegant and pretty!
5. The funny laugh out loud scenes, esp the warehouse brawl with the gangsters!
Dislikes:
The first half was painful to watch because everyone was just so bad at their jobs and there was too much hatred and arrogance. I almost dropped the show. But im glad i kept on watching because i liked the ending!
Rating: 7.5/10

A comedic office drama that's a huge breath of fresh air
This is a drama that I kept looking forward to every single week. It never got draggy and there was a new twist every episode -- and the conflicts were resolved quickly while maintaining the light and comedic vibe. The acting and cinematography is a 10/10. Kkudos to the writers, directors, and all of the actors for this great piece.THE ACTORS!
The chemistry and dynamic between the characters was out of this world and I didn't skip a single scene because every plot line was so INTERESTING! Every one of the actors deserve an award; you tear during the emotional scenes and laugh to tears during the funny scenes.
THE SOUNDTRACK!
the sound track was so refreshing and different and fun.
THE ENDING!
The ending was quirky and fun and kept you at the edge until the last minute.

Good Start - Boring Middle - Great Ending
Before I say anything I just want to say that the OST for Kkondae Intern was surprisingly amazing. It's perhaps one of my favourite OST's out of all, at least in my top three of all time.Anyways, regarding the drama itself. It's definitely something that you can easily watch, just sit back, relax, smile and laugh a little along the way. It started of good in the first couple of episodes, and then the next three or four episodes were quite dull, but the last half of episodes were pretty amazing and made me binge-watch the whole way through the second half. I also like the twists and the turns of the story.

one of the best plotted drama
Kkondae Intern is a workplace, comedy and life sliced drama of a passionate worker in the food industry with a twist. It serves justice every episode because of the bond of Lee Man Sic and Ga Yeol Chan plus the workplace romance of other employees and their bonding in the drama. This is one of the best drama this 2020 because of the story itself! The story is hilarious but super interesting the way the characters portray their roles and the cuteness of Lee Tae Lee and her mystery secret (haha) and Ga Yeol Chan's ramyeon queen. Must watch drama! Commitment and dedication turns to success! Was this review helpful to you?
