I ship Terrence and Wes

I really loved Wes's apology, I was worried his character would end up being 2 dimensional and was very pleased with his character development. Same with Terrence! And Pearl is still one of my favorites, of course. She's so good. Now onto some of my favorite moments:"We're fighting because you refuse to understand my point." I can't believe how much this scene hurt me, how painful it was to watch the boys going through this. I thought the masks would make acting the emotion out more difficult but it didn't hinder it at all."Just turn me into a robot and make me say what you want to hear." This is what happens when two people are hurting. It makes every problem so much harder to solve."I thought that if we met, we'd be able to solve all our issues." This, to me, was the most beautifully delivered line. Cai sounded so genuine, "Leave the world out of this, son." Oh I freaking adore Cai's mom she's so precious. When Cai asked if she and his father communicated via letter and she got offended - I loved that."You really need to make an effort. You need to nurture your love for each other every day." As someone in an unconventional long-distance relationship, this one hit home.Underrated moment probably but the Cai + Pearl hug was healing.I'm completely satisfied with this series. Zero complaints!

Well done

This series showed us that you don’t need all the extra kisses and bed scenes. You could feel the love trough the screen. From the moment Gav saw Cai, to them talking, and kissing, and their moments together in the house. Just perfection and wholesome.

Love Wins

I wish I could put into words how epic the season finale has been. But words like 'great', 'amazing', 'outstanding' still couldn't convey how emotionally lasting and touching the journey has been.ALL I CAN SAY IS WATCH THIS. WATCH IT. IT'S LIFE CHANGING.

What a beautiful ending!

I actually understimated the team behind this series. I made myself believe that episode 10 which I treat as the ending will not be surpassed by this episode. But the series, proves me wrong. This made me so happy and warm. I feel an astronomical kilig watching this finale episode. The storyline has been compactful and compelling. The writer of the series could have written that Cai's mother would allow Cai to be left in the metro for a happy ending of our protagonist. They could have been persuaded by the viewers for a happy ending. But the creativity of the IdeaFirst Company came up with compromise. If they blindly followed the demand of the viewers the storyline would lose its identity which is being compactful and compelling. Thus, they made a compromise that is both happy ending ans is subject to social realism. Hence, Leile, Cai's mother allow Cai to be left for at least one week to sort things out with Gav before finally going to Bukidnon. On acting department, it is again a superb performance. It is convincingly 11/10.Musical scoring is immaculate also. It amplifies the emotions and feels that are needed to be experience so poignantly.

The ending that we are all wanting! <3

This wasn't just a "special" episode but a full episode with a recap of all the Iconic scenes from the past episodes. A special unrivaled moment at the end and lots of post credit extras to give us the feels. And a huge but subtle announcements at the end.

The best kiss ever

The entire episode is like the best kiss for the loyal viewers. It gave us a plot that seems to lead us one direction an dall of a sudden it goes to the opposite. We could have been contented on the Episode 10, but we didn't know we really needed this Finale. Like our current situation, we still dont know what future holds but together we can might make it work.

Gameboys (2020) Episode 10: Crossing the Line

And that folks is how you do a finale! In Episode 10: Crossing the Line, the plot/storyline had come full circle. All the major issues were resolved with the overall tone of the series maintained. Screenplay was as impeccable as ever. Ash gave us all the happy things we want from this series: strong women in Pearl and Leila saving the day, Terrence and Wes (maybe) finding each other, and of course, Cai and Gav loving and kissing each other and even living together. We even got to see Cai, Gav, and Pearl together in one scene! Acting was topnotch. Production design, cinematography, computer graphics, sound engineering, musical scoring, and editing were all great. I also love the fact that a number of the OSTs were integrated in this episode. And finally, there's no better way to end this episode than by teasing "Gameboys 2. Soon."
