Warning for real life !

I am really living this story. The writing is great! The characters are are well developed . You really hate the character that you are meant to hate in this story and your heart is naturally rooting for the two characters and love will over come ! I also really love that this is a Thai series because it is it is a shadow and type of what is currently an ongoing issues with BL dramas and the obsession with “shipping” these BL characters. TV dramas/movies are a fantasy … they are fiction and and these actors are hired to “play the role”… acting was never meant to entrap into a fake relationship with your costar and requiring you to do “fan service” and contacting have to “be the characters in your perinealAnd private lives . When you are done and the promotions are done … you move on … some day you might be casted together again to do a movie and that is great like Richard Gear and Julia Roberts . Surprisingly the impact to male/female lead romance dramas is jot the same even in Thailand … fans don’t expect them to be together and doing fan service … and the heaven forbid the trough comes out the one of the leads has a significant other and all of a sudden the fans feel betrayed and or sorry for the other lead that “left to the side” This level of obsession and restrictive expections on BL actors is crazy and this series demonstrates it to a certain degree and it should be eye opening to the culture. An Actor is an actor… they play character to the best of their ability and then they move on to the next project . BL dramas are not “reality TV “ and they were never meant to be treated as such. If the people of Thailand are not familiar with “realty TV” especially Reality TV -dating shows … even those shows are scripted and influenced by the desire of the producers for ratings . The relationships that started on those shows very seldom even make it a year after the show and that is not in American … that is in Europe, Australia, and even in Asia and those are promoted to be reality … not a fantasy drama or movie . It is not healthy for the actors mentally and emotionally and professionally…. because BL stories is not the end game for most actors .. it is a good start and it is great skill development and personal growth but almost every actor has dream of the next big project on up to a box office masterpiece. Anyways I love this series for the writing and the lessons to learn from it. I am a big BL /gay drama fan rather it is done in American, Europe, Asia , etc and I want the actors respected for their craft and free to still have a personal and private life .

So serious conflict

it seems the producer wants to bring more realistic conflict to the series. And it works! The meeting scene and the gene-sib leave apart is SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Nice lighting setting too. I really enjoy this episode

The curse of episode 11 strikes again

I swear that episode 11 should be just striker from every series because it's a plot device to rip out our hearts. Can someone please give Bruce a main role already? That man can ACT! And Up as Gene really sold the role in this episode. I could feel his heart being ripped out of his chest with every tear and every sob.

Dear Gosh

I literally cried for most of this episode. Bruce is such a great actor. My dislike towards his character is stronger than my love for Sib and Gene. I didn't know I could hate one character so much.

Five Stars

I think the climax was the first time in a BL where it wasn't some misunderstanding that could get fixed, or one where you can just forgive and realize your love and be happy. Like I really don't know how they're going to solve this. And it's not some communication problem- they see each other's sides, but it's just so complicated, for once.

The problem with shipping cuture

Throughout this show we have seen it pointing at and actively questioning bl drama tropes, but this episode they turtched on the the shipping culture, or more exactly the problems in this type of culture. Shipping is wishing for somone to get together but if overused will be seen as the fans forcefully pushing people together. The first time i saw something like that was on YouTube when to friends was shipped so hard together that they both had to ask people to stop. This is what ultimately led me to stop shipping real people together, shiping fictional caracters together is fine, but forcefully pushing your opinions of who somone should be with is NOT! So watching this episode madr me realy uncomfortable, since the fans shouldn't react this way to seeing an actor happy with someone who's not their actor counterpart. An actors work is different from their private lives and they shouldn't be forsed to be like when they're on stage. As a fan you should be suportive of whatever makes the actor happy.I do realy enjoy the series tho and i hope everything ends well for the main couple (and all the side couples) in the end.

Brutally honest

Wow. I am flashed. This episode was what I have hoped for starting the series. This shows one of the ugly faces of BL industry: the pressure on the actors concerning their private matters. For me, this is not surprising. Because I am aware that BL is a huge industry with the single purpose to make money. It is not about showing the real life of gay couples. Because it is fiction, just like any other show. But I do hope so much, that this will get to all the toxic fans out there. That all the shiping-fans will understand that actors are humans too and have the right to have their private life, apart from the shows. Of course, BL industry supports the shippings (again, in order to make money) and this aswell is perfecty shown in this episode. But when shiping turns into hate because of the "wrong" partner, this is where acceptance ends. Bravo to the writers and the actors, this is brave, bold and desperatly needed. A milestone in BL shows!
