The Story:I can see how some people are comparing this to Coffee Prince it has a similar feel If i had to sum this up it's like Ouran with a higher budget, You'r beautiful in that we have the, Tsundra,Dormat nice guy, and adorable almost loli but can drink blond guy. I liked how they got the girl into the situation, she's obsessed with a boy but not because of the reasons one would think. The story kinda resolves around one of those god organizations which means that you have the overall plot while you have a secondary vignettes each day where they help someone out. The story has many mystical elements that i felt that some of the writers shoehorned in.
Pros:Good reason for the female lead to try to get close to them
They try to flesh out all the characters even if their background can be a bit silly
Cons:The fantasy elements can feel a bit shoehorned in
The story is romantic comedy or at least tries to be but sometimes you get such a tonal shift from comedy to serious topics that feels a bit strange.
The show for some reason felt very flat It might have been the acting or the script but i'l talk about that later.
Acting:The acting was ok I knew about what the characters felt and their motivation but sometimes it felt a bit forced.
Alex:Jun Ji Hoo felt very bland to me, he was the stock i'm a nice perfect pretty boy, he tried very hard but their's isn't much to do with the generic nice guy you smile you laugh that's about it.
Kay:played by Song Jae Rim I felt this character was written as the generic Tsundra he's tough and cold but oh he has a heart of gold we just ned to find it. I felt his acting was really good for this character, This character can easily be played as too much as a jerk or to forced but I think he found a nice middle ground i felt for him when he was going through emotional turmoil and wanted him to succeed.
Jin-This character is the adorable guy, blond hair and energetic all the way, for some reason I felt like he only was acting when the Camera was on him, in the background he's just meh to me. He's got the look but I think their should have been better direction or he should have put in more effort.
Bunny-She's the determined girl who just so happens to fall in love. She quirky sometimes but overall nice I didn't care much about this character she wasn't bad and she wasn't great i just didn't really care. Although if she's dressing as a guy and doesn't anyone to think she's a girl or gay why is she still wearing lipgloss. Also I can totally see where people are coming from when they say she annoys them she's always flip flopping and the last three episodes are her just being indecisive and I know that's how real life can be and what we expect but could you drag it out any longer.
Pros:The Tsundra character is done quite well in this one
Cons:The rest of the class was passable at best and extremely bland and boring at worst.
Music:Forgettable
Rewatch value:Low I mean you could but it doesn't reach that so bad it's good maybe so bad it's slightly intriguing, but in the End it's just bland, hot boys can only carry a story so far.
Overall:I can understand why people don't like it it's boring and feels like they have a checklist of what they need to put in, we need a near death scene for drama, we need a kissing scene where someone misunderstands someone else, rinse and repeat. I personally didn't mind because I like strange supernatural elements but their's alot of better stuff to watch,

The acting is pretty good, the music didn't make much of an impact on me, and there were elements that were just plain silly. I will say all in all it was cute.

I guess the writer tried to write a story that wasn't already out there.

THIS DRAMA IS CHEESY.
but after a while, I changed my mind. Why?
Because the second male lead ACTUALLY got "a chance" with the girl (Idk if they end up together xD). That was such a huge step next to ALL THE OTHER DRAMAS. I think this is the first drama where the second male lead ACTUALLY HAS A CHANCE. AND HE IS SUPER HOT. The first male lead is an airhead tho, he only knows how to read people hands and find out their diseases or situations.
Because of that plot twist, this drama really gets all my attention.
The acting of most of the characters is very bad, but the main story line is different and gripping. However, it's still your typical cheesy (VERY CHEESY) love story.
And for the other stories (within the story), they are ok, you can skip them, but some of them take on very hard subjects, which aren't talked about normally in real life enough.

Acting/Cast: The cast chosen was pretty good but I had a HUUGE problem with the characters in this drama. Pretty much all the characters were one dimensional especially the main male lead where he is presented as an extremely nice guy...that's it...no other real emotion in his character. The only characters I kinda liked were the main female lead and her best friend.
Music: I tend not to really notice music in dramas unless it adds to the dramatic flair where it is certainly noticeable. The music in this drama provides a light-hearted tone and just does what it is says on the tin.
Rewatch value: Wouldn't watch this again. Forced myself to watch the series and was quite unfulfilling.
Overall: This drama is an example of a poorly scripted story in an over saturated genre (a bit like the time travel dramas going around these days). The main male lead is the most boring individual I have come across in KDramas. I dropped this drama right before the last episode simply because I didn't care about the characters enough who were all in general boring and one dimensional.

Story:
The story is good, even if it's not really original. We can understand the main girl's feeling and relate to her I think. The fact that it's set in a nail salon is actually original, and I really liked it for this.
Acting: I think we can say that we have here a good set of hot guys. I never know how to say wether people act good or bad, but I touhjt it was good here.
The music is not bad either. Anyway. This is not the best show ever, but it has some really good moments, some cute scenes, and it's not very long, which is a good point in my opinion!

Story (1 out of 10):
Where to begin with this mess...and that's putting it nicely. The story was barely coherent, it was episodic and most things didn't do much to further the plot. It really felt like the writers thought this sounded great on paper but it failed on screen, like they thought if they combined all the drama tropes they could think of there was no way this could fail. A lot of times, things just happened for no good reason, people said and did things without ANY build up so emotions and meaning fell flat. The ending was horribly anti-climatic and gave a sense that the writers thought they were clever, when really, they just provided one of the most infuriating pieces of drivel... I think I actually feel the migraine of Nail Shop Paris Past come to haunt me this Halloween Night (how appropriate to be writing this now). This series starts off slow, trudges along for 6 episodes and just ends. You could literally watch the first two episodes and the last two and never watch anything in between and you would be missing very little. It was a miracle I made it through all 10 episodes with my sanity.
Acting/Cast (2.0 out of 10... only because I feel bad for Song Jae Rim):
Though the writing was arguably the biggest fault of this series, the acting was mediocre at best from everyone but Song Jae Rim. He literally became the only reason to continue with this series at one point. I felt bad for him for being stuck in this drama because he had so little to work with. This was my first time seeing Park Gyu Ri in action, I was thoroughly unimpressed. She's a good example of an idol trying to turn actor gone wrong. She was so stiff and nearly emotionless. I felt any deep emotions were so forced and fake. I never was able to warm up to her character AT ALL. You can only blame bad writing so much. The other two guys and side characters just faded into the background and were just there to look pretty I guess.
Music (1.0 out of 10): Unmemorable. Meh.
Rewatch Value ( -(2^(N-1)) <= google it): I'm sure it goes without saying, but I'd rather do just about ANYTHING else than EVER re-watch this abomination.
Overall (- out of 10): I would never recommend this to anyone ever. In fact, if I knew some poor soul was even thinking of watching it I'd strongly recommend them to not waste their time... unless of course they like gouging their eyes and ears with a rusty pair of scissors... I mean, I don't know what that's like obviously, but I'm sure it's probably pretty on par with this monstrosity.
On top of all this, how can you call your place of business "Nail Shop Paris" and provide people with the most hideous looking nails in existence?!? *Flips table*
-Fin.

Gyuri is not trying too hard to be boyish and definitely remembers the fact that everyone's supposed to think she's a boy in every scene. I had never payed attention to her as a part of Kara until this drama.
I must say I fell in love with Bunny (her character on this drama)
Song Jae Rim (yep that super hot model who was in 2ne1 Go Away, and that Nell's video with Lee minki) Is one of the 3 male leads in this drama, his acting is very good, (even though the character wasnt the best written one) though he looks way hotter shaved and with long hair.
Thunder's character was a bit pathetic and the other lead, Alex had the same expression in the whole 10 episodes of this drama.
If you're in for a drama about GIRL DRESSING UP AS BOY, GUMIHOS, MELODRAMA, ACTION, LOVE TRIANGLE AND LOTS OF SIDE STORIES.
I'm guesing this is for you.
This drama definitely wanted to put as many things as possible in the short time of 10 episodes, still not sure if it was a bad bad idea or it was just needing a couple more chapters to be great.

It started off the story with a lot to offer, and I feel that even though they tied all the lose ends it would have been better if they had not waited until the 10th episode to do so. It felt like too much was happening that we could not even understand feel the weight of what was happening.
We needed at least two more episodes to flesh out the ending a little more.
I liked the ending despite all that. The acting was okay in general from the main girl, but, I was really glad that there were better actor than her in this production including the male leads.
My favorite character was Kay from this show, and that is why I really wish that the ending could have been fleshed out a little more for his sake.
But, if you are bored and enjoy cute dramas you will in general enjoy this drama. I loved the couple moments!

The story line starts out great, you really get into it and you can see that the story is building up to be great ..... So not what happened.
All i can really say is that it leaves you feeling like parts of the story weren't told. I wonder what the writes were doing because by the middle is were is starts getting messed up. Did they get new writers or did there vision get lost with trying to bring the show to an end..

This show was a lot of things mixed up together which ended up at the end leaving me with a strange feeling. What did I just watch? A rom-com? Supernatural? Dramatic? No that wasn’t really. I’m still dumbfounded as how to classify this, it’s a puzzling experience for sure... and the cross-dressing? :/
Would I re-watch? not a chance, save your valuable time and watch another show.
