Black Jack manages to cure a politician's illness, even with Doctor Kirito had convinced the politician that he would die. The politician's family takes Black Jack and Pinoko out to dinner. Black Jack has visited the restaurant before, and tells Chef Akiashi the taste has diminished. This leads to Black Jack discovering Chef Akiashi has a brain tumor that affected his sense of taste. At Miyuki, and Ken's request they ask that Black Jack operate on the Chef. However, this tumor has a high percentage of re-occuring or killing him; something that Doctor Kirito will not let go. ~~ Adapted from the manga 'Black Jack' (ブラック・ジャック) by Tezuka Osamu.
