Kaori has been a pessimist since she was a child and always finds a reason to complain, even about her. (in her head only), unlucky surname and family background. Wanting to disenchant her fate, she decides to find a suitable candidate for a husband, whose surname will change her life. One day, she meets Goro, who soon becomes her other half. It soon turns out, however, that although Kaoru receives a name that is perfect in her head and solves all her life problems, she has to deal with her husband's family and Goro himself.
