Movie that interweaves four episodes of strange events that are encountered in the daily life of an unsold manga artist. It is a movie adaptation of four famous short stories by Yoshiharu Tsuge, who was also talked about in "Incompetent People". Tsuge himself and his family appeared in the last part and paid homage to it. Also main character is modeled after Tsuge.
