Dik Chin played by Connie Chan is a general for China and (he) had 4 best buddies who are part of the army. One of them, Chu Kei Kuai, accidentally attacked one of the nations outside of China - so the king sent his daughter out to get him - Princess Seung Yan. Dik meets Lee and she falls in love with Dik but Dik cannot reciprocate because it is against the rules of the country and king. They fight and (he) loses and Lee forces (him) to be her husband.
