81, Hae Jeok became the Disco King (1999)

Three boys are high school gangsters. Two boys discover their friend has been absent from school because his father is sick. He has been working as a janitor and his sister got a job in a lousy disco. The three boys try to get her out of the place, but her boss finds out and suggests that if one of them wins the disco competition, he'll let her free.
