Hong Kong 1973. Tan Cheng is good-hearted but a rebellious youngster. His brother, an honest policeman, worries about him. Tan has no tolerance toward the authorities, and he doesn't listen to his brother's advice, so he gets involved with a gang of drug-smugglers that uses him for their trafficking.
