"An Eternal Lamb" is China's first Kazakh-language film. The film recounts 90-year-old shepherd Hali's youth in the nomadic herdsman lifestyle with orphan lamb Sarbas. Hali learns about the love of shepherds from the experiences of his grandmother Shahla and his uncle's lover Ukbara.
