Love Has Been Here Before (2015)

The film tells a romantic and poignant love story from modern times back to the Republican Era. The young master of the Huang family, Huang Shao Qing, returns from studying abroad and meets Tang Xiao Man, an opera singer. They fall in love with each other, but they cannot be together because of the feudal hierarchy of superiority and inferiority. In order to separate them, Mrs Huang takes her favourite daughter-in-law, Li Yu'er, and moves her family abroad. In this life, Xiao Man, accompanied by her best friend, searches for the regrets of her past life and finally finds Zhang Zi Cong, who is more than a hundred years old but who is waiting there for the promise he made to his friend, the belated letter, the place where he sent his love.
