Bad Mess Of A Show
This is just not an interesting show; a potentially great story about rich and poor in Korea got lost in the messy four-way love saga that left me actively resenting the male lead protagonist for how he treated his girlfriend whilst pining for someone else. I would not recommend anyone to watch this as it's just not very good.Moon Ka-Young is great but she stands alone in her acting. Her peers just aren't very good and their characters lack depth or nuance. Kdramas and their love triangles are tedious. The best kdramas are the ones that don't make this subplot the front and centre of the show.

WHAT WAS THAT FINALE ?
i was STRESSED, you mean everything happened FOR NOTHING??? Maybe I'll be kinda problematic for this opinion but it's just my perception.I like sad endings, i rlly love the feeling of nostalgia and the way things change and that's why I'm a huge fan of dramas like 2125 or moon lovers, but this show REALLY stressed tf outta me ?, it was confusing, had unnecessary plot twists and a bad ending. It's really sad bc it had incredible memorable moments and the chemistry between the main characters was amazing. I think i am even more disappointed bc i was CRYING at that scene where migyeong and sangsu were in the car and they were breaking up, it was incredibly done and i completely loved it. I srsly think that they stole the show and i do not say that the other actors didn't did well it's just that sangsu and migyeong rlly stole my heart. Idk, At first it was kinda boring then it got better and finally it just went worse ? i would not rewatch the show

My heart still aches with pain and turmoil
This drama took me through a journey. The end was not very favourable to me. Lots of disappointment mixed with a feeling of wanting more leaves me in an oppressive state of wanting more. I was so excited through the drama hoping that all the knots and entangled feelings and relationships will smoothen out but this drama leaves me unsatisfied to my very core. It does not do justice to its characters. I do not see any character development. After a progressive start, the storyline just went on to become far more confusing. I wanted the leads to have a moment where they could understand and acknowledge what they were actually feeling and what they wanted for themselves and their love interests where as some of the actions taken by them still remain a mystery. Was this review helpful to you?

I'll admit it's slow, but stick with it.
I will admit this k-drama isn't the best in the world, but it's also not the worst. There are a lot of good things about the show which keep me going back to it every week.IMO the strongest point of this show is the story. I love that it is character driven. There's nothing flashy about this show. It relies on the strength of the story, and performance of the actors. This show is the slowest of slow burns so if you aren't into that sort of thing you should probably look into something else. I'm up to date with the show (only 12 episodes have been released so far) , but the slow pace is starting to pay off. There was a twist at the end of episode 12 that I didn't see coming at all. Now I can't wait to see what happens next.
The strength of the show is also the weakness. The story (while good) is told at a very slow pace. For example, it wasn't until episode 10 that story of the show made me believe the ML and FL actually had feelings for each other. I became invested in the characters, but you definitely have to be patient.
All in all this is a good show IF you are willing to stick with the extremely slow paced story telling.

Slow burners story
The lead cast of the series includes Yoo Yeon Seok, Moon Ga Young, Geum Sae Rok, and Jung Ga Ram, and in the supporting roles are Moon Tae Yu, Oh Dong Min, Jung Jae Sung, Park Hyung Soo, Yoon Yoo Su, Seo Jung Yeon, Lee Hwa Ryong, Yang Jo Ah and Park Sung Geun. This show is so special, The writing of the show seems cliched with the character arcs based on particular prototypes. A bank employee who is unable to express his love, a girl who acts indifferent and the sheer awkwardness between the two. For me i like slow pace romantic show and i like the main lead for her i will this watch this show ?

Should be called “Will they EVER Get Together” OR “Do I Really Care?”
I gave up on this series in episode 7. But THEN I ran out of good Korean series … and while I am waiting for some new series to load up; I decided to go back to this one and to see if it was improving. Not a good move. I spent last night struggling through the mud with a new “lack of interest for love” burgeoning in ep. 8Nothing changes in this series, except for one dreary character breaking up with the lead female who, for some weird reason decided to "date" him in the first place. (NO idea what SHE was up to connecting with this gentle fellow who suffers very very low self esteem, and she should have left him alone in the first place. ) Clearly, she is attracted to the lead male character in her own blurry way . The lead male is deeply attracted to her also, but he missed a date with her, and that ended that. Punishment from the lead female, to the male lead, was a sulky droopy-eyed “put down”. For now. But it was all crushingly boring and frustrating to watch.
In episode 8, as a viewer, I once again felt like I was walking along a muddy path behind the leading twosome … and I just really wanted a big stick to hit them repeatedly. Especially her, who is wish washy and wide-eyed sulky, at best. No one knows her parents run a small restaurant near the bank. She has hidden this information and is embarrassed by them, so she pretends not to know her family and they let her do it. Why lay out this old old theme again? So tiresome.
No doubt some sort of resolution will happen between the leads, but do I really care? As for the relationship between the lead male and an eager wealthy girl from the bank (who won't leave him alone) - for some unknown reason, he gives into her in a lackluster way and agrees to date her. But any young woman would recognize this lack of interest immediately, unless they were spoiled or narcissistic like this one is. Again, so stereotypical. And so tedious.
I like the lead male actor, actually. He was in the series “Hospital Playlist” which is on my absolute favorites list. Hope he picks a better script next time.

Who will end up with who?
Nice cliffhanger for episode 8. Can’t wait til next week. Through the first 8 episodes I have enjoyed the drama. It seems that male and female leads are destined to be together but circumstances seem to keep them apart. Now they are both pretty deep into other relationships. ML1 is with what appears to be the ultimate catch, but it is all too obvious, except to her, that he is not all in. I almost feel sorry for her as I see her getting hurt once the ML lead’s true feelings become known. He was too weak to rebuff her advances, but if he did, we wouldn’t have this great dramatic conflict. FL1 is with the ultimate nice guy, but do you feel their spark? I don’t.It’s hard to read FL1. She seems like someone who has it all together on the outside, but torn on the inside. I think she goes with the flow, which resulted in the relationship she has with ML2. Of course, they could make it together, but we all know she belongs with ML1.
Overall, so far, another great drama. Can’t wait to see what lies ahead. Will comeback after show complete for an update.

This would have to be the worst ending ever in a Korean Drama
I only continued to watch this till the end, because of Yoo Yeon Seok and Tae-yu Moon . The rest of the cast is below average. (I guess it not their fault - absolutely terrible writing/directing) Half way through the show I asked myself if the writer would serioulsy pick up their game at one point with this love story . Unfortunatley this was been DRAGGED OUT to an absolute nothingness to say the least. Moon Ga-young with her BLANK stares and maddening silence is beyong comprehension. When they ask each other all those ridiculous questions and then answering with another question, almost the whole time? How totally ludicrous can they be? If that is how adults communicate with each other these days , one has to wonder about the existence of logic and common sense.Maybe it can be salvaged by a 2nd season where the couple actually get together. I gave the 5 stars acting for the two male actors I mentioned.

And the ending tho, after going through lots of things, they are still not together, and they just leave us with them walking together, looking at each other, like telling how much I miss you, I love you, then what Suyeong gonna do, she will accept him now or she will just stay single forever ????
Actually I feel Moon Gayoung doesn't really suit a quiet girl character, like when she smile, I feel somehow of awkward, but other than that, everything is perfect. I love her characters more in True Beauty.

Don’t waste your time
It had a really good leading story in the beginning but it just starts to get boring after each episode… oh gosh. I had to skip many parts. So just don’t waste your time on this drama, for real. It’s a very slow drama, with very good actors though, however, the story is just not good.
They would stare at each other for a few seconds so many times, which gets boring after some time so I had no option, I had to keep skipping some staring parts.
I feel like she was very toxic and just drags everyone around her down. I felt so bad for him in the whole drama.

Not Good Enough
Korean Drama " The Interest of Love " is an office melodrama. The drama is heavy when it came to the melodrama of the romance, with messy relationships and complicated heroes that didn't express their feelings to each other, often leading to frustrating situations. Hence, the story was boring and tiring to watch. The characters were annoying too, especially the main female lead who was all over the place.
The performances were, on the other hand, good enough, with the actors and actresses handling their characters nicely.
The pace was okay as well.
So, overall, three out of ten.
