i usually like chill relaxing shows but i suppose i appreciate them bc they have some sort of driving element. this show has everything going for it but it doesn't even feel like a netflix version of a kdrama, it feels like a netflix version of a netflix version of a kdrama. i might be biased bc one of my fav influencers said she thought it wasn't dramatic enough (which i was glad to hear bc i loooove cute & chill dramas) but i suppose that now i understand what she meant. my fav drama is weightlifting fairy kim bok joo which is the ultimate cute drama and i have seen more chaebol x employee dramas than i can count so i feel entitled to talk on the matter. i feel like the two main issues i am having with the plot here are one: it is cliche in a not good way and two: there is no driving force. like i can detect that the f lead has some dramatic history w her mum and the m lead too actually looooolz but it's not set up in a way that i am invested in either of them too much... idk at the same time i like them. it is cute, but like a 6/10 kinda cute.

I just love the interaction between main leads. They perform really well. It is typical romcom but it is so classic and I love it. It has been awhile since I watch this kind of lightheart dramaThank you JTBC

it has all the classic tropes thrown in but none of them actually work (neither in creating comical situations nor in adding any tension for you to look forward to next scene). it is still an average romcom and not bad because so far the lead characters are very likeable.

Love how we see theml slowlywarming upto the fl. It isso sweet. We also see themajor issuewith his father and his sister. Of course therehas to be amisunderstan.
