During the Tang dynasty Xue Tao, a talented girl who excels in dancing and writing poems who works in a brothel, meets with Yuan Zhen, a poet and politician known for his kindness. The girl, however, attracts the attention of Wei Gao, a military governor who will try to take her away from Yuan Zhen. Edit Translation
