Both dramas involve characters who get in an accident and wake up to find they've body-swapped with someone else. Both MLs are celebrities.

Both are mini dramas in which the FL soul swaps with another woman resulting in her life changing drastically and bringing her close to the wealthy ML.

Both involve the FL swapping bodies with a completely different woman following an accident, then taking over that woman's richer or more glamorous life while the original woman in the FL's original body is in a coma. The ML then starts falling in love with the FL who he didn't like before.
