Both of these Thai BL dramas are quite unserious, especially in the beginning, as they follow a main protagonist who is devoted/obsessed/idolizing to his longtime crush. His antics and daydreams are of the rather cringy variety, inspiring lots of secondhand embarrassment. But ultimately, he means well and gradually gets to learn who his crush is underneath the idolized ideals surrounding him.
Both have someone who is really really into someone and idolizes them to the point of cringe.
Secret Crush on You has more couples that are in the forefront.

But the Storyline is better and less cringe(er) (in my opinion that is )

They're similar in a way that one is a worker and one is an intern, but A Boss and a Babe features the CEO and the intern, whereas Be Mine Superstar features a celebrity and an intern. Both storylines are quite similar and the main couple's chemistry in A Boss and a Babe compliment each other really well.
Both dramas involve a younger male lead who became a life long fan of the other lead after a simple act of kindness as a high school student.
