In both dramas all characters are close to each other like family and as growing up together they build feelings for achother.

They are similar in that they have a setting (for some of it) in high school (including one who is on the basketball team) and a love interest / love triangle type situation. Family dynamics and drama included.

Both are revolved around having a family that isn't biologically related.

Both dramas are about found families, living close since childhood.. And friendships.

The timeline of both stories span many long years.

The leads relationship is organic.
A chilhood ‘oppa’ to lovers relationship.

In both dramas, one of the leads lost a sibling when they were young.

Both male leads have the same job later, I believe.
And he acts protective of the FL.

The vibe is so similar, the relationship between the main characters, also they are in the high school, at least in the first two episodes…
Its so fun and refreshing to watch, they are so cute omg

So, It's a given that "Family by choice" will also be another wonder

I have high expectations for this.
Hope it is worth the wait.
