Definitely it's a Lovely Runner. Though it's not a BL series but first thing that came to my mind after realizing the story is Lovely Runner. It has the same plot where tha main character try to change the ending... the future... to save the most special some one.
they are both great shows! But they also both have some more heavy stuff in them, for those who like that in a show
The parallels of these two tv shows firstly, with love for love's sake are strikingly evident. Similar to real-life relationships, the narrative transcends mere romantic entanglements, delving into the profound essence of love itself. Characters navigate through complexities, learning to cherish each other beyond societal norms, reflecting the depth of genuine affection. Their journey mirrors the unpredictability of authentic connections, showcasing both the joys and challenges of love. Just as in real life, the show emphasizes the importance of acceptance and understanding, portraying love in its purest form, untainted by external motives. Ultimately, it celebrates the beauty of love for love's sake.
They both dislike each other at first and then start to like each other. It's a very cute and easy bl.
one of main characters in both show loves to run and the other one tries to give him motivations in some point
- Both set in school setting as well
-it has a similar vibe with the cute moments
- great acting
- this drama is set in a video game/transmigration.

Love for Love's Sake is a Korean BL, but it also shares some similarities with the Love Game in Eastern Fantasy:
- Main characters enter game-like fantasy worlds
- They both receive some missions from the "System"
- One of the missions is making the other (tsundere) main character fall for them, what is shown by percentage
- Love/Hate relationship
- Character development

Both dramas are about an augmented-reality game; while the ML in Love for Love’s Sake gets transported straight into the game and has to live by its rules, the game on the other hand bleeds into the reality of the ML in Memories of the Alhambra and things that occur in the game start to get real consequences. Both has romance.
