Thousands of Years of Love (2024)

Both have Cold MLs and Bubbly FLs who fall in love and go through various trials to be together. both are very romantic and so many romantic scenes, plus evil families and SMLs/SFLs

Very romantic Leads with a cold ML and Kind and bubbly FL. both have elements of supernatural and heaven and hell in it. even the aesthetics are somehow similar.

Both drams have a strong male lead and a female lead he love dearly and protects her, he is somehow smarter and conning in order to get what he wants from the female lead. In both drama there are various romantic scenes that are quite speacial and uniqe. EL in my opinion is much better in every aspect, but TOYOL somehow gives the same feeling.

Although this is a long drama, it has the same elements of xianxia, both FL are phoenix characters, the MLs are important immortals.
The actors are very good, the production as well.

- Both of the story is about immortal clan.
- ML in "AoL'"and FL in "ToYoL" is phoenix.
- In both drama there is battle going on for the crown between two princes.
- In both drama lead couple goes to mortal clan for tribulation.
- Both dramas FL have powerful position.

They are both short and cute romances where leads have good chemistry. Furthermore, they also have quirky FLs that you'll not find annoying. What's more, the couple are faithful to each other even when it seems like things are gonna go crazy now.

Both the leads are green flags that support and care for each other. While Thousands of Years of love has a pinch of angst, there's no angst in romance in Who Rules the World. Despite being sweet, Who Rules the World has just the right amount of sugar.
