1942, Japanese Emperor Showa is 17 year old. In the colonized Taiwan, the Japanese army recruited a large number of young Taiwanese to watch allied prisoners of war. These Taiwanese supervisors were involved in a cold-blooded massacre. They were also accused by allied prosecutors of "mistreating prisoners of war".
