The main scare in this movie isn't the ghosts, nor the music, jump scares, or buckets of blood being spilled. It's the central theme of the movie, and that is bullying. Without revealing too much, I think it's safe to say that the bullying depicted in this movie is horrendous. It's downright terrifying. Brutal physical and extreme psychological abuse and no one does anything. Absolutely nothing.
When the movie isn't trying hard to be scary, it chooses to be incredibly sweet, and so very, very heartbreaking. The girl ghost is exceptionally kind and sweet. A person that warm of heart does not deserve to become an icy cold ghost and life is unfair. On the more humorous side, the uncle is befriended by a simple minded, but good-natured, ghost.
But being a horror movie, it is cinematically scary, as well. This is mostly achieved through jump scares coupled with your average scary score. High pitched strings and suspenses, periodically cut off by chilling silence. It had me watching through my fingers at a few occasions, but that is enough to avoid the scary stuff. It's not gory enough to make you sick to your stomach, and it's no psychological thriller that'll make your skin crawl or haunt you at night for years to come. Simply put, it won't leave you scarred for life.
Overall, the movie was all right. If you dislike scary movies, I wouldn't recommend it to you. It's not that excellent that you should watch it if it means you'll do so through your fingers, but if this kind of movie is your thing, I would say go for it! If you are a horror fanatic and crave the most horrendous of horrors, this movie won't make you scared senseless, but it might present you with something else, something unpredicted of the heartwarming kind.

I liked the story, it is nothing new but it was easy to follow. I liked the story more if it gave a bit more background information. I did like the development of some people and also I really like when a movie tells everything in the end and explains it.
The acting is really nice, they really convinced me, but I found some characters a bit weak but that doesn't kill the movie!
I am a big time scardy cat and some scenes did shock me. But for the people who watch horror movies all the time this isn't scary at all I think haha!
Watch this if you like a nice story with some horror scenes.
Skip if you are a big time scardy cat or if you are looking for extreme horror (because this isn't).

I’m on the ghost side.
This is one of the horror movies where you cannot stop yourself from rooting for the “evil” character. I just sat there and thought: it would be a happy ending if everyone dies.I think the movie does a rather good job at blending the horror with a bit melo romantic undertones. It’s basically rom-com cliches meet vengeful spirit.
Nothing new, nothing outstanding and nothing groundbreaking, but it is a fun watch. The plot is extremely easy to follow, so it serves as a good evening fun watch. We get a few jump scares, we get the sob story, we get some awful teenagers - everything one needs in a teen horror flick.
The acting was good. Ha Neul obviously delivers - I don’t think he ever failed at any role. Kim So Eun might not be the strongest actress out there, but she does well in this role. I do think the majority of the casting was fail age wise - all of them looked like they were in their 20’. Some looked as mature as the teachers… That’s something we often get with stories set in high school though, so I guess there is no point complaining.
Overall, a fun and simple story.

This film was weird. Let's start with our main character In-su. He can see ghosts and he had a crush on his childhood friend. He knew how to draw. That's all I can say about his character. The actor did a good job but his character could have been established better. Next I come on to the Uncle. He is a lazy bum and is scared of ghosts unlike his nephew. He was quite funny in the few moments he was there. Sae hee had the best character. The way she stands up to bullies and the way she was treated was heartbreaking. I liked the romance but it needed to be elaborated upon. It does have a tag of romantic comedy. The bullies were typical bullies. Hyun ji could have been written a bit better when I heard about her parents. The twist of the Multiple personality disorder caught me of guard. The ending was terrible though. Just because they wanted to give us a last jump scare without any sort of connection to the rest of the plot. The jump scares were effective. Overall this movie was fine but not something I would watch again. Was this review helpful to you?
The story isn't finished. The characters could have been a little bit more complex, but if you'll take 90 minutes from your time, you'll find that you needed this movie.

In many Korean drama had shown that how students bullied their classmates or senior bullied junior . This is so bad .Why it is not stop .I had never heard and never experienced such thing in my school thanks god for this but ya in college it happened with 1st year but strict law had been imposed so I never experienced such thing in my college too. This bullied part is more scary than fear from ghost ...
