Dong-ju is always ranked no. 1 in his school but he still makes sure to deliver porridge to Su-wan's house each early morning.He secretly falls in love with her.Then one day, he meets Su-wan giving a lecture on stars at the observatory. She makes a mistake and panics and Dong-ju helps her out. But she ignores him and just walks past him.

SO SWEET AND CHARMING DONG JOON..
THE CHARACTER ARE SO AWESOME, AND MEKE ME FEEL INTO THE HISTORY.
I LOVE DJ PERSONALITY, SPECIAL IN RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS MOTHER.
I REALLY LOVE THAT PART
THE OST IS REALLY AWESOME. MAKE MY FEELS. LOL .
YEAH I NEED INCLUIDE IS REALLY TRAGIC , AND CHARACTER SUFERS ALOT.
BUT I LOVE THE WAY THEY MAKE ME GET INTO THE HISTORU..

Very good episode and nice OST. I wanted to know the titles of every song they used! Maybe the special effects they used in the beginning were a little meh, but this is a drama so I won't complain that much.
The acting is great and there were a lot of moments that made me cry. The sad scenes balanced the funny ones. I can't wait to see how things evolve and how Soo Wan and Dong Jong's love story will develop before they have to separate. I'm already excited for the moment where they skip to the future.

This episode was filled with sad moments...but Dong Joo is the cutest thing ever. He is so silly and the romance is so sweet! I love them together already.
You know a drama is good if the first episode is already addictive. Melos are the best with a good backstory. I'm going to miss this cast when they grow up though

what an AMAZING first episode!!!
Kang Ha Neul was as usual BRILLIANT and CHARMING! did i just cover the ABCs of Angel Eyes???
so anyway, back to the episode. there was a good mix of humor and drama, lightness and angst.
i hope it keeps up this level of goodness!

What a heartwarming episode!!
well.. not much events in it, just a back story ,but i totally loved it!! interesting for a beginning :)
the two leads together are so LOVELY!!!
so sweet that it made my day, and made me cry few times.. waiting for the next ep *_*

As with many dramas, Angel Eyes first episode is all back story. I'm not going to post any spoilers, but let's just say it's a pretty good back story. It definitely wasn't what I was expecting, and I didn't cry like some of my friends at the beginning. The story hasn't developed much at all right now, so if I hadn't seen the trailers, I'd have no idea what the plot was. However, what I am really interested in is both main characters! I love how they are being portrayed, and I'm curious how they will change/ grow between now, their late teen years, and when they are adults, which is when most of the drama will take place.
