Two strangers, both proposed marriage to their respective girl/boyfriend, were rejected on the same day. They decided that the best way to deal with the rejection was to get drunk, real drunk. During the 24 hours of their crazy drunkenness, these two stranger became fast friends and got married... to each other. When they finally sobered up, they embarked on a mission to undo every crazy thing they did while they were drunk and prayed that their girl/boyfriend don't find out.
Both dramas depict unexpected pregnancy due to one-night stand...In both the couple get married with the condition that they'll divorce after the delivery of the baby...in Oum Ruk...the male lead is kind and warm...always trying to take care of his wife who's still in love with her ex...while in Fated To Love You...the female lead is the one trying to get her husband's heart...in short...they depict opposite situations...but both are really funny with many sweet moments!
Both dramas involve an accidental pregnancy and contract marriage that brought the leads closer. The female lead in sunshine happiness wanted to save an orphanage and the female lead in fated to love you wanted to save a soap factory and her hometown. Both female leads are both caring individuals who puts other's needs and feeling first. This traits endeared them to their respective male leads.
To pursue her dreams, Sakurai Kazumi quits her job and goes to New York to study jewelry design, against the objections of her naggy and stubborn but well-meaning father. As part of remaking herself, she changes from spectacles to contact lenses, even though she has problems adapting to them. When she accidentally drops her contact lenses, a mysterious man helps prevent them from being stepped on, but he walks away before she can talk to him.
Some years pass, and Kazumi is on a plane home after receiving a letter from her brother Taku saying their father is critically ill. She has morning sickness and has some run-ins on the plane with a sloppily-dressed man, and it is only when she drops her contacts and the man helps her in a similar way that she recognizes him. She chases after him and asks, "would you like to do some work?" It turns out that Kazumi in her last letter from New York had written that she was in a relationship with someone and that they might soon marry, but since then she has broken up with him, and she didn't want to make her father upset by coming home alone. The man, a freelance journalist named Yoshimi Kaoru, agrees to pretend to be her fiance.
On reaching home, Kazumi discovers that her father is not actually on his deathbed and everyone discovers that Taku had written that letter back to Kazumi where their father says he's happy about the relationship. But the biggest shock comes when Kazumi admits that she's pregnant, and that she wants to have the baby...

Marriage Contract and Fated to Love You were similar to me and I think that the ending will most likely be similar as well due to the mens feelings.
-Both women are kinda a push-over in a way.
-Due to "conditions" both women must marry a rich man.
-Both couples make a "contract" for their marriage.

Both have..
-Leads enter a contract marriage (of some sort or another)
-leads start off in love with someone else
-female leads are awkward and innocent
-realistic relationships and struggles (not intense or melo-y) that are relatable
-romantic comedy that DOES NOT have an extreme melodramatic dip midway
-quickly(ish) developed cute romance
-an unavoidable occurrence causes conflict

As I watch this show, I felt that the FL gave the same vibes as the character of Jang Na Ra in kdrama Fated to Love You (You are My Destiny).
