Hwang Bo Ra will officially join the upcoming k-drama "Crash Course in Romance."
On December 2nd, Hwang Bo Ra's agency Walkhouse Company confirmed that the actress will join the upcoming romantic comedy K-drama "Crash Course in Romance."
This will be the first project of Hwang Bo Ra after getting married. She got married to her long-time boyfriend, Kim Young Hoon (brother of actor Ha Jung Woo). Before the actress got married, she first starred in several K-dramas this year. She was part of the series "A Business Proposal," "The Secret House," "Kiss Sixth Sense," and "Miracle."
Hwang Bo Ra made her acting debut in 2003. Since then, she has starred in several K-dramas "Dali and the Cocky Prince," "Zombie Detective," "Hyena," "Vagabond," "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim," "Fight for My Way," "Blow Breeze," "Once Upon a Time in Gwangju," "Cunning Single Lady," "My Girl," "Save the Last Dance for Me," "What Happened in Bali," and more.
"Crash Course in Romance" will tell the sweet and bitter romance between a popular private education instructor and a new employee who will enter the company.
The upcoming series will be led by Jeon Do Yeon, Jung Kyung Ho, Roh Yoon Seo, Shin Jae Ha, and Lee Bong Ryun.
Hwang Bo Ra will play the role of Dan Ji. She is the mother of the brightest kid among the students at the Daechidong complex. She is a bright and happy mother and a good source of energy among mothers. Dan Ji prefers to drink beer in the meeting with other mothers.
The upcoming series will be helmed by director Yoo Je Won and writer Yang Hee Seung.
"Crash Course in Romance" will premiere in January 2023. The upcoming K-drama will exclusively air on tvN.
