A new teaser for Face Me has been released.
Face Me follows a cold-hearted plastic surgeon, Cha Jung Woo (Lee Min Ki) and a passionate detective, Lee Min Hyeong (Han Ji Hyun), working together to solve crime cases through reconstructive plastic surgery.
In the teaser, Cha Jung Woo (Lee Min Ki) and Lee Min Hyeong (Han Ji Hyun) engage in a subtle battle of nerves. When Jung Woo asks Min Hyeong what she's trying to say, she sarcastically replies, "Someone said that our sharp-eyed Dr. Cha Jung Woo sees things that no one else can."
The next scene gives a glimpse of Jung Woo's cold and unflinching personality. Even in front of patients, he remains completely unmoved, advising them to transfer to another hospital rather than providing emotional support. And even when a patient throws an object and complains of pain, he turns away coldly.
However, even for someone like Jung Woo, change begins to take root. When he comes across an intriguing case, he uses his ability to detect problems simply by examining the shape of a wound to solve it, which leads him to unexpectedly collaborate with Detective Min Hyeong.
As the teaser progresses, Jung Woo is shown urgently running with Min Hyeong, with a voiceover by Kim Seok Hoon (Jeon Bae Soo) saying, "Why is he getting more and more involved in the case?" This hints at the gradual transformation of Jung Woo, who had previously focused solely on his job as a doctor.
Face Me's thrill begins when Jung Woo, who is solely focused on his job and disregards his patients' emotions, accidentally partners with Min Hyeong, a detective who passionately addresses the emotional scars of victims. The teaser raises curiosity about the truth they pursue and how their journey to uncover it will unfold while promising to deliver empathy, healing, and dramatic tension.
Face Me will premiere on November 6. The K-drama will be available on Viki for global viewers. Watch the teaser here.
