Queen of Tears surpassed the viewership rating of 20% and is now within a close margin of overtaking Crash Landing on You to claim the title of the highest-rated series in tvN's history.
On April 24, tvN released pics of Kim Soo Hyun, Kim Ji Won, Park Sung Hoon, Kwak Dong Yeon, and Lee Joobin, celebrating their drama's achievement of surpassing a 20% viewership rating.
Kim Soo Hyun wrote, "Surpassing 20% in viewership! Thank you! Let's keep it up till the end!"
Kim Ji Won wrote, "Surpassing 20% in viewership! Thank you for your love."
Park Sung Hoon wrote, "Surpassing 20% in viewership! Thank you so much for your love. And I'm sorry." The actor's villain character, Yoon Eun Seong, has been garnering rage from viewers.

Episode 14 of Queen of Tears achieved ratings of 21.62% (nationwide) and 23.92% (metropolitan), according to Nielsen Korea. Episodes 15 and 16 will air on April 27 and 28, respectively. The K-drama is available to stream on Netflix.
Queen of Tears will also air a special two-part episode on May 4 and 5.
