Ryu Hye Young is confirmed to star in another K-drama.
On June 2, it was officially confirmed that Ryu Hye Young will be joining the upcoming K-drama titled Adults.
Ryu Hye Young's agency King Kong by Starship confirmed the reports. The agency stated, "Ryu Hye Young will star in the upcoming series Adults. Please look forward to the new project of the actress as she will show a new side of her."
The actress is set to star in several upcoming K-dramas. First, she will lead the K-drama The Good Man together with Lee Dong Wook, Yoo Jae Myung, and Jo Woo Jin. The upcoming K-drama will premiere on SBS this year.
Ryu Hye Young will also join the upcoming novel-based K-drama When the Day Breaks with Han Seok Kyu, Jung Yu Mi, Yeom Hye Ran, Kim Joon Han, and Lee Hee Joon.
The actress is known for being part of the K-dramas Law School, Dear My Room, Reply 1988, Spy, and more. She made her acting debut in 2008 through the film High School Girls.
Adults is a hyperrealist K-drama that will showcase the dynamic daily lives and sorrows of women in their 30s that are working in the fashion industry.
Ryu Hye Young will play the role of Baek Ha Ah. She is a ninth-year fashion marketer. Han Ah is known for being smart. She wishes to be an elegant career woman but in reality, she lives a fierce daily work life because of her boss and colleagues.
Adults will be released through the Youtube channel named "The Handsome.com" and CJ ENM's digital studio "Shopping." There is no official confirmation yet on the release date of the upcoming K-drama.
