End Of The Year BL Review ~ 2024 Edition!

The Sign. Honorable mention: Battle of the Writers (because that scene from ep9 is burnt in my memory).

1. Favorite Overall Series of 2024 - Anti-Reset
    
   To be quite honest, this was the first year where there wasn't a single BL that just completely knocked me off my feet. But if one of them came close, then it's definitely the Taiwanese BL "Anti-Reset". It was a unique concept, the chemistry definitely chemistried and I remember enjoying the watch overall.

2. Favorite Smooches of 2024 - Only Boo!
   
    Yeah, I'm surprised too. Their kisses weren't anything extraordinary, but this is this one scene where Moo moves into his new apartment and Kang helps him. While they're on the bed, they share this very playful-turn-intimate moment, and the kiss was SO GOOD. I probably rewatched that scene more than anything.

1. Favorite Main Couple of 2024 - Kong and Atom (My Love Mix-Up!)
   
   Two cuties in a pod! This would've been my favorite BL had the Product Placements and a bunch of other stuff not ruined my watch experience with this series.
   
   Honorable Mentions: Tan and Khaofang (We Are), Thai and Khram (Two Worlds)

2. Favorite Side Couple of 2024 - Alan and Jeff (Pit Babe)
   
   I loved these two more than anything that came from that series! I cannot WAIT to see more of them on my screen come next year!

3. Favorite Trope of 2024 - Stoic Uke and Bubbly Seme Trope 
   
   This has been my favorite trope since forever. I didn't see nearly as much of that this year as I would've liked to, but I saw it enough to label it my favorite from this year.
