Of course, with a thread like this I have to post about my oshimen, Yamamoto Sayaka!

Member and captain of NMB48's Team N with a concurrent position in AKB's Team K, Yamamoto Sayaka (nickname "Sayanee") is NMB48's captain, center, and ace. Ranking in at #6 for this year's Senbatsu Sousenkyo, Sayanee is one of 48 Group's most popular members, and for good reason.

She is GORGEOUS.


She plays the guitar.


She's an amazing performer, singer, and dancer.


Even Takamina, AKB's General Manager, recognizes her immense talent.

Q: What kind of person is Yamamoto Sayaka?
Takamina: She can do anything, first of all. A kid who can do anything is going to be an ace. Well, the special aces are like Atsuko. The ones they call THE Center. That kid can do anything. Be the center, the ace, plus the captain of NMB... I think that's a very difficult thing, do it all by herself. I think that a girl who carries the burden is the ones who the fans want to support. Her natural virtue and her perseverance enrich her. That's why I think she deserves to be at the top.

She is also an amazing captain, loved by all members, is ambitious, is hilarious and great at variety shows, has one of theloveliest and most unique voices I've heard, and is just awesome. I suppose the only thing she's not so great at is acting, but hey, she tries... and no one is perfect, right?
